…nobody cares about Gambit, but I still love it. Here’s my Warlock Strand Build. It uses Grapple Grenade for map traversal, and mains a strand glaive supported by the Karnstein Armlets and the Tablet of Ruin perks. It’s performing well but I’d still like feedback and ideas for improving it.
I'm looking for recommendations for a tattoo artist whose style is appropriate for copying a page out of The Boy, the Mole, the Fox and the Horse by Charlie Mackesy. It doesn't have to be exactly, perfectly like the art and text, but I would like it to be close. Also--first time tattoo art customer if that matters.
As I listen to more I’ve started to hear other bands I love: Split Enz, the Pixies, Gang of Four, Brian Wilson’s Beach Boys sound, Husker Du. Is this cross pollination, or random chance? It could be that I like all of these bands and my brain is just drawing on what I find similar between them all.
I saw Pere Ubu open for the Pixies at the Fox Theater in Portland in 91. They left an impression on me but I was still young (19) and was firmly entrenched in listening to my favorites. I’m 54 now and have found my way back to Pere Ubu, and I’m so glad I did. It started with a conversation about favorite shows and I thought back to that night at the Fox Theater. I went to YouTube and found some amazing live performances from the old Night Music television show, and was blown away by their unique style and Dave’s presence. I’m a fan. I’d love to hear stories about how you all discovered them for yourselves and what albums you love. I’m pretty happy with the Modern Dance and Cloudland but I have a feeling I’ll be getting them all as time goes by.
I’m looking for a board game organizer insert that is 11.25” x 11.25” x 2”
The game needs space for decks of cards and tokens. The 2” depth is to allow room for the board and rulebook, so there’s no wiggle room there.
I haven’t found anything shallow enough.
Just had a very fun (if brief) co-op session with Alexis and Cleric in FoTFG. Thanks for the early Pursuer kill and for teaming up on Armorer Dennis with me. You both were great. Praise the sun!
P.S. I was laughing at Alexis because my 85 year old mom has an Amazon Echo and she always shouts "Alexis!...ALEXIS!!! Damn thing doesn't answer." Doesn't matter how many times I remind her that it only responds to Alexa. "That's what I said!"
