I recently had my skates sharpened. When I tested them on the ice, my sit spins were crunchier. Mine you, I’ve already mastered my sit spins, but the sharpened skates made it harder. I guess I just have to get used to it.

Basically what happened was I was telling my mom about my day at work. That day, a boy that works in the store with me flirted with me and called me cute, which he shouldn’t have been doing because it was a professional environment, but he didn’t push after that. When I told my mom this, she started freaking out and asking what I wore. I told her I wore a blouse with knee length denim shorts. She claimed that it was inappropriate and I was pretty much asking for people to hit on me. I don’t work at the store anymore, but it makes me wonder if something much worse happened to me that day, if I would have been blamed for dressing too provocatively.
