I have been in my current role for almost a year and a half as an HR generalist. My role has grown quite a bit and I am thinking of asking for an increase. I’ve had face framing and longer side curtain bangs, but never shorter bangs/fringe that goes across my entire forehead. I guess I’m a bit nervous about going all the way with something new like that. Please tell me your tips and tricks and any realities about having full bangs.

I know you have to style them every day pretty much, but is it really that hard? How do you deal with the growth? Do you have to go get touchups more frequently before your next full haircut?

And say you eventually, don’t want the bangs anymore, now what?

Looking for coffee shop recommendations in NE Minneapolis, downtown, or even nearby like Roseville, Fridley, etc. I love grabbing coffee on my lunch break, so NE is especially convenient, but I'm always down to drive a little for a good spot.
