I bought this game, because I love elden ring. I paid 39.99. so 40 bucks.

I have issues with MM so I just play solo. I've beaten 2 nightlords so far. Fulghor is a dick. After that death, I seen that I was at 98 hours.

I have had more fun with this game than I have with any other in a long time. It's reminiscent of when I was younger playing RuneScape. I still do, but not as much.

I constantly think about this game. I always want to play it. I've gotten three matches in today just before work.

I just got to say the development team did such a good job, I think I'll be around for quite a while.

This game was absolutely worth the money

Building is only 6 months old. Cleanest prison I've ever been in. Drains are spotless and I treat them every day. Dumpsters are sprayed inside and out. No food hiding, floors scrubbed every other night. Nothing rotten or bad. Garbage cans spotless.

I'm really stumped by this. I guess we are in the middle of Wisconsin, but downtown a big town. Closest farms are probably 10 miles away.

Right now they're for the most part in the kitchen, and our back storage area. That's where they seem to be attracted to. They have yet to get too far into the lobby. And they're not attracted to anything specific, they just fly around and torture everyone.

Any ideas of places I haven't checked or thought of?

I should also mention our hoods are cleaned nightly, same with pulling out ALL equipment.

And before you say flyswatter, for how many there are, I would legit have to hire another person.

We will be starting a nightly spray, using food safe bug spray, but idk how well that will work.

Failed our fucking steritech because of these bastards.

Edit: their house flies. A pink sludge was found in our AC/roof drain. Got to figure out how to get to the roof now 😂

I checked the surrounding property, there's no dead animals, no rotting food or anything. Like I said we keep it pretty clean.

It is for sure not the grease traps. Those are clean on a regular basis, degreaser and boiling water is poured down all the drains every night. In the mornings we put enzymatic cleaner down them.

My suspicion is going to that pink sludge.

On the ground where it drops from the drain, there is a coating of what I can only describe as Grease... Despite no Grease being able to get up there.

I got a really bad feeling when I start cleaning that, there's going to be a dead bird, or squirrel or something.

As a lot of you may understand, mental health is nearly non-existent in many, many restaurants. Between toxic employees, toxic culture, toxic bosses, toxic home lives, it can start to become very overwhelming. Extrapolate that, into other aspects of our daily lives, it can become pure hell.

From our own issues we are dealing with, to issues our employees are dealing with, the one thing I've seen lost within this industry, and I'm not even sure it ever even existed, is compassion.

Compassion, humanity, camaraderie, love, hate, there's many things that make a human, and no two people are exactly alike. We cannot always play the robot. Despite what some of us may think.

I'm going to start posting this mega thread on Mondays. The frequency of which, we will get to once we get to it.

You are more than welcome to participate, you are more than welcome to share your experiences, or anything that's really gotten to you this week.

I'm just a small town Wisconsin boy. I grew up in the woods, my father was a klan member. He was also a member of the posse. He was a very hateful man, who could not understand that people may be different than him.

Who cares if a guy sucks a dick. Who cares if a woman eats another woman. Who cares if my ex-wife is now in a throuple with two women. Who cares if Ive fucked guys before. Who fucking cares if I dated a trans woman for 3 years.

What I do in my bedroom is none of your concern, what you do in yours is none of mine.

That's what pisses me off about these magats, and these fucking brown shirts.

But unfortunately being at the very front of the bell curve, they do not understand that they are not Patriots, they are not true Americans, they're no heroes.

They're first and foremost a terrorist threat to this country.

A real Patriot fights for the Constitution.

A real American protects and fights for the rights of their fellow countrymen.

A real hero fights for ideals that further the betterment of their fellow man. No matter the cost.

Magats and ICE brownshirts are none of these things, but a stain upon our country.

We have murders happening in the streets, we have a rogue army, roaming OUR streets. Literal Nazis marching.

For context I am a restaurant GM. Have been for 7 years. It is time to step down for my own mental health.

I put an application in at a&w yesterday, as a shift lead and he called at 11 and wants me to come in today, whenever I can.
