I’m currently playing a Listener that I intend to have become a Skybreaker, and am trying to find a list of concrete laws in the different countries of Roshar. A particular question is regarding whether my character could become a legal citizen in Alethkar. Currently she is “owned” by a Sleepless masquerading as a lighteyes, but it would be nice for her to have legal self agency and for me to have an actual list of laws for her to uphold. Thanks a ton in advance.

I recently joined a server that runs a number of magic mods including hex casting. While I’ve definitely gotten better with the system, I’ve yet to find a particularly good option for pvp. Explosion doesn’t seem to do much damage (it took 3 power 10 to kill a spider), and any kind of buff or debuff setup seems way too expensive to be effective. Any suggestions (with instructions) are appreciated.
As the title states, I want to hear about your most wild, unusual, and downright crazy takes on commander rules, strategies, and cards. My personal weird take is that all Gideon planeswalkers should be erratad to have “(Cardname) can be your commander.” Because if other planeswalkers, a Chevy Tahoe, and a space station can be your commander, than the planeswalker who’s entire schtick is that he can become a creature should be a legal commander too.
So, I've has the game for several days now and have gotten about halfway through Knightfall. Yesterday, when I booted up the game it was running at only 4-6 FPS. I've tried everything I could think of to fix it, along with manually setting it to use my dGPU via Windows, but no dice. I can't find a solution anywhere and it's getting annoying. I'm using an unmodified Legion 5 16IAX10, but hardware shouldn't be the issue since it ran smoothly for ~15 hours.
