How many sets per excercise on upper lower 6x a week

If i do upper lower 6x a week should i do 1 set per excercise , or still 2, because i think it might be too much volume for some muscle groups, especially if i go to failure

Thanks in advance

Stalling on chest

So for context, i have been training again for about 2.5 months, 6 years earlier i did strength training 2x a week for 3 years. And i have been stalling on my chest and incline press for about 3bweeks now, not getting another rep or barely getting another rep. I did 2 sets of flat and incline press but reduced incline by 1 set. So its now 2 sets and 1 set 2 to 3x a week. I do it first on my upper days and all my other excercises are progressing good. What can i do? Its only chest where my progress stops

How to breathe

Lmao the title is funny but. How should you breathe during your reps? Some videos say dont exhale on the contentric this or that.

What i do is breathe in, exhale on the concentric and inhale on the eccentric, is that good? And on deadlifts i exhale and inhale when the barbell is on the ground, because a few videos said you'l place more stress on your back or something

Thoughts about doing 2 sets of deadlifts to failure beginning of my leg day?

So i want to get better at deadlifts and i dont know if i should do them at the beginning or the end of my leg days, and how fatigueing would 2 sets to failure at the beginning of my leg day be? Would it be too tiring and make me lose so much performance that my progress would slow down a lot?

Thanks in advance

Too much volume on leg days?

So i'm planning on switching my lower days from 2x a week to 2x a week with lower A and lower B, but a friend of mine said that my lower B will be tiring because i do 2 sets of deadlifts at the start , first set is 5 reps of 70% of my 1RM and 2nd set is to failure with 80% of my 1RM

This is my new schedule:

Deadlifts 2x

Seated hamstring curl 2x

Leg press 2x

Hip thrust 1x

Sldl 2x

Leg extension 2x

Hip adduction 2x

Hip abduction 1x

Calf raises 3x

My old schedule which i'l be doing once a week now is:

Hamstring curl 2x

Leg press 3x

Hip thrust 1x

Sldl 2x

Leg extension 2x

Hip addiction 2x

Hip abduction 1x

Calf raises 3x

On my days with deadlifts i'm thinking about doing leg extensions after my leg press because the earlier sets give more stimulus, should i do deadlifts after my leg press or? Since they are pretty fatigueing especially if you go close to failure on them

Thanks in advance and i appreciate your help

Full body workout 5x a week?

Jeff nippard has a video where he ranks the best workout splits and he put FB 5x a week at i think s or a tier? For advanced lifters who need high frequency. Is that for people on gear or? If i do legs 5x in a row idk if i can recover even if i leave 2 RIR. Let alone full body

How do you do your incline chest press?

So for incline press i see most people doing them with almost flared elbows like on a t bar row, but i do them with my elbows tucked in touching my sides, is that too tucked in or am i good? On tutorials i see people doing them with a bit of flared elbows too like on a flat press

Is it true that you can only gain 200 to 500 grams of muscle a year after 5 years as a natural?

So i watches a few videos about how you grow 200 to 500 grams of muscle as a natural person after your beginner gains and training for 5+ years. Is that true? Because if it is training for 10 years to grow 2kg of lean muscle seems a bit idk

Overhead skullcrushers or over neck skullcrushers

So skullcrushers are usually done overhead but wont this provide less growth since the tension is now the most when your muscle is contracted and not stretched? Like little tension at the bottom and most tension at the top, wont it be better doing them with your upper arms facing straight up or closer to your hips, so the tension is the most/more when your triceps are stretched?

Also wont your long head of the tricep be less stretched that way?

Ps skullcrushers hurts my right shoulder so i dont do them overhead

Should you wait 2 to 3 minutes for unilateral movements too?

So for bilateral movements i know most people say wait 2 to 3 or 4 minutes, but when i do unilateral movements, and i switch sides after each one, like left side, then right side, is waiting 90 seconds enough for your nervous system? I read something like this

Thanks in advance

How to learn to do a lot of pushups

So for strength training you do 1 to 3 sets with 1 to 2 RIR or failure this and that. But i want to be able to do a lot of pushups in a row, like 50+, how should i train for this. Should i do as many reps as possible with 3 min rest for 2 sets or do 5 x 10 pushups and 1 minute rest and then do 5x12 5x15 and lower the rest time? Or should i keep 3 minute rest? I dont know

I dont know how this is not 500 characters but yeah i gotta yap for a bit, i can do 9 in a row now if that matters

Thanks in advance
