So I'm going to saint mark in Florida I'm trying to convert my parents sent me to a Christian camp run by my technical grandpa my parents are cuban therefore are atheists (search up the history of religion in cuba post revolución) so I went to a Greek Orthodox church with my baptized Catholic mom she went to church until she was 10 and that was it but every time we go somewhere we go to a cathedral I was almost baptized but none of my god parents could be there but I still call them my god parents so after my Camp I decided to become Christian but my camp never had a specific denomination as in they never said they were a denomination so I do my own research and find out that the denomination the best fits me is Eastern Orthodoxy so today my mom took me to the Divine liturgy and wow it was beautiful physically and spiritually and I liked it a lot but I have a few questions

1. Should I kiss the icon before the seats

2. Should I an unbaptized teen kiss the icon in the beginning and the hand of the priest

3. Do I and should I stay for coffee time and how does it work

4. When should I approach the pastor about converting

5. Can I an unbaptized person make a prayer rope(I really wanna It seems very cool but I don't want to rush things)

6.if anyone else is going through or has gone through this how did you like tell your parents it wasn't a phase

So I've been thinking about which denom I want to choose and I've fallen at Eastern Orthodox but I have a few last questions first why can iconography only be 2d 2nd why do y'all believe in padeo communion 3rd can I be sola scripora. Is there a difference between Greek Orthodox and the other Orthodox churches (I've got a Greek Orthodox church near me). How does babtizom work institutionally not theologicly. So yes please explain these concepts to me and I'll be on my way to getting babtized

So I was transferring water from a kids bottle to my bottle because I wanted some cold water. Well a teacher told me off so her bossish told me that I get angryer especially with women so I'm thinking yes of course because only a woman what get me in trouble for something so small. So I'm watching this video that includes many gen z kids including me (2012 7th) so I'm like not like what they're describing I'm very smart not so much in Ela but I'm like in the best category of it and only about I think 15% of the 7th graders are in remedial classes so idk if it's a Florida thing or a palm Beach thing or maybe even a boca thing but my parents gave me a tablet with about 4 games and a 2010 old windows 7 PC and I turned out fine soooo what is happening here
