Kpop fans in SS area?

Any kpop fans in the Silver Spring area looking to connect with each other? Especially for learning dances and practicing together? I’ve been thinking about forming a dance group just for fun or even just connecting with other people in the area that love kpop and even mainstream pop as well. I thought why not just post something on Reddit and see what happens lol

Edit: I created a server on discord for those who want to connect with others!! https://discord.gg/RJkgn26wp

AITAH for questioning why my mom bought me (28F) a child ticket

This happened on a recent family vacation with my mom, uncle, and grandma.

My mom booked tickets for a dolphin and whale watching boat tour without confirming anything with us and eventually sent the reservation to our family group chat the day before the event. That’s when I noticed there were 2 adult tickets, 1 senior ticket, and 1 child ticket. The child ticket was for me…

I asked why she got me a ticket for a child under 12 years old when I’m obviously not. She said that there was a discount. I told her that if she didn’t want to pay the full price for another adult ticket, she could’ve just requested the money from me.

Then she argued that since I was the one who suggested the excursion in the first place, I should’ve been the one to book it for us. And that I should stop complaining and just be grateful that she took initiative when I didn’t do anything…

Am I crazy or is this not normal?

For context, I'm 28, live on my own but still within close proximity to family. My mom invited us to a Memorial Day BBQ in the group chat, and I acknowledged her invitation. I ended up getting sick the next day (really it had been slowly building all week and worsened by Sunday, the day of the BBQ), so I told the group chat I couldn't make it.

And well y'all see my mom's immediate response was an eye-roll emoji but it applies in real life too whenever I would get sick and it would affect her plans she would always behave as if I'm now inconveniencing her. And I'm like lady I don't want to be sick as much as you don't want me to be sick. I didn't intentionally get sick to ruin your plans and I'm not pretending to be sick to get out of whatever event you got going on, but that's always how she makes me feel.

And I feel like it's just not normal to communicate with your child like that when they've just told you they're sick?? Idk maybe I'm expecting too much but literally when I FaceTimed my friend and told her I was sick her immediate response was "do you need me to bring you something?" So when I compare the two responses, it just doesn't seem right.

It's really the lack of urgency that bothers me along with the lack of care. No "feel better" or "get well soon" just rolling eyes, face palm, and showcase of food she's eating.
Seems rather odd or am I just being too sensitive?
