Im told by his girlfriend at the time that be had money saved but she wasnt aware of the amount, they werent married, and she had no control of the account. He has no will.
She took his death certificate to the bank, and they told her that they needed something from the surrogate court in order to proceed with anything. I dont know where to start and if he has alot of money to even find it worth it to hire a lawyer for thousands of dollars so im pretty stumped here and could use advice. Apparently he had no debts besides potentially medical and he owed taxes?? I have no clue. His girlfriend told me this. Please help :(
Hey so long story short, spoiler warning for anyone who hasnt come this far. Basically, I completed the corporation section and Misery circus, and everyone is left homeless and abandoned in the hub area.
So all thats left is timesville, but every puzzle is locked because i never had the items they required (lockpick for the party door in the town hall, whatever is needed for the waterfall puzzle) so i think im stuck? Is there any way around this or is this a new save situation?
So im kinda stuck, is it smarter to get a moped or a lectric xp4 for the same price as one for longterm commuting?? Im trying to factor in repair costs as needed. Is it even worth it to drop 1500 on a Lectric XP4 with 2 year warranty vs an actual vehicle for that price?? Whats the smartest route?Advice appreciated.
Ill keep it short. I live in columbia sc and O found a stray that was very sweet and thought it would be nice to have a buddy for my anxious attachment cat. Well, long story short i am an idiot and they will never get along. The stray tries to kill my cat at every turn. Im tempted to just let the stray back onto the street and feed him occasionally as cruel as that is, because absolutely NO shelters or rescues can help me.
Im at a loss and its making me depressed because i made such a big mistake. I was so uneducated and so impulsive. Any advice would be great. You dont have to be kind to me, frankly i deserve backlash.
I used Spectrums chatbot on the site to connect to a real agent, and they wouldnt let me get into my account because I gave them the wrong name, and told me to call. But, everytime I try to make a call, it saya that im not connected to a mobile network. I cannot reach a customer service agent via phone. The chat agent told me that there is an outage right now, I live in columbia sc. Anyone else having issues or am i getting screwed by spectrum???
I have their 30$/year plus free mobile package. 2 days ago I paid my bill for the month and now i have no mobile service. I havent plugged my router in as I moved to a location with free wifi so i didnt change carriers yet. I need advice bad.

I need advice. My roommate worked for 5 weeks at a local dashmart and they never gave him a single check the entire time. They claimed the mailed it because the direct deposit used was incorrect (it wasn't. I was going to let him use my bank temporarily and i typed the info in. )
He was fired due to probationary issues (late too many times) and then they just.. ghosted him?

They never resent the checks. His manager at the dashmart actively ignores his texts when he asks for help. HRs help is "We sent it." They ignore his requests to resend the checks. They sent him 1 check via chime when he set up the account and that payment was 125. They owe him 830$!!!!! He filed a wage claim and nothing happened. They said they cant do anything, i dont remember the exact message.
