What's the best meal you've ever had duck in it?

I feel like nobody ever talks about duck but I wish it was more popular here in the US because I really don't like chicken. Duck tastes so much better. I wish chicken could be that tender without being deep fried!

How come gym rats never mention pork or seafood being part of their meal plan for protein? What does YOUR diet look like (what do you eat)?

Serious question because all I usually hear is rice, sweet potato, and protein such as chicken, beef/steak, or protein powder.

One of my friends is a fitness enthusiast and she only eats unseasoned chicken and sweet potato for a majority of her meals.

Please tell me y'all at least use salt.

Questions about leave in conditioner...

My post is for those of you that use leave-in conditioner and have very long hair.

Do you apply it at the roots and work your way up? Any application advice or hacks?

My hair is down to my hips. Looks god awful so I'm gonna get a lot cut off soon up to my waist

I honestly don't understand how anyone could love summer. Why?

It's hot. The sun is always blazing. Kids are out of school so they're running around everywhere you go.

I hate summer!!!!!

Why does the food in my air fryer taste better than if I cooked it in the oven?

I mean both cook them so...

I can understand why microwave food tastes different though.

Stupid question but if I buy meat I know I'm not gonna use within a week is it better to freeze it right away than to wait for the day point?

Edit: 4 day point*******

If so, any reasoning?

What's your favorite (grocery) store bought chicken filet for chicken sandwiches?

Not a do it yourself recipe.

Edit / Update: I tried the Just Bare and they were so good and juicy just a little bit small but definitely the most juicy frozen chicken filet that I have tried. I wish they were bigger. And cheaper because they're kind of pricey.

How many carbs do you aim for daily, personally? I think my target is too large.

I never realized how awful the food I was eating until I looked at nutritional labels closer recently. Before I would only look at calories and servings. Sodium sugar carbs, they're in everything!

Cut back on sodium. 7 days sober from alcohol.

My BP was 154/95, putting me deeply in the hypertension stage 2 range.

This morning it is 112/63.

I was consuming an ungodly amount of sodium and vodka before. Just wanted to share a little victory because no one else would understand.

Has alcoholism affected your blood pressure at all?

That you know of anyway. Not looking for medical advice just personal experiences.

Today marks 7 days sober for me. I wish I was getting drunk with you guys. I neglected my health though until it became an emergency and now I have no other choice. Either I drink and die, or I give sobriety a chance. I hate this.

That's the post, I have nothing left to type.

Those of you over 35 eating a ton of sodium, has it affected your blood pressure?

I'm not looking for medical advice. Just personal experiences. Some people are very affected by it, while others eat a ton of salt and experience no side effects.

So like... Is she drunk 24/7? I'm a BIG time recovering alcoholic and some of her erratic behavior reminds me of mine.

I have a feeling her blood alcohol content is never 0. Wake up take a couple shots, sneak them throughout the day,. then get blackout wasted at night. And I'm not making light of it. Because it is a serious issue!
