WTF, Walmart stopped selling 2 lb frozen mixed veg & corn, 'bout 3 weeks ago

I asked an employee today and they said "They aren't coming back, have been switched out for 1 lb steam bags" ... Steam bags are more expensive and you pay more for the ability to do something you don't care about, if you microwave them in a glass bowl, anyway.
... I told the store employee "That's all right, I'll just buy them at Save a Lot, b\c Save a Lot still sells 2 lb ones. I also added "Those 2 lb bags of frozen veg were so popular that half of the time they were sold out and that somebody need to tell corporate that they did the wrong thing"
... This is a mindless thing to do that has no doubt pissed a lot of people off already.

This is the product I'm referring to https://www.walmart.com/ip/Great-Value-Mixed-Vegetables-32-oz-Bag-Frozen/730378482

How many eggs a day for optimal health? I have 6 to 7, since they are widely touted as "nature's multivitamin"

I have 4 scrambled as the only thing for breakfast and then 2 with dinner with various diff meat on them.

Is there any way to hide the mp3 part that's at the end of each playlist line?

I have searched hard online several times, but couldn't find any way to do this. And it would look so much better if you could.

It says 800 calories on a 5 oz bag of pork rinds...

(these are just the not flavored ones, with only just pork rinds & salt in them) I can easily eat nearly that whole bag in one setting and 4 or 5+ bags a week. Should I be concerned about the insane amount of calories they have? ...
I have to have something, I can't stand having nothing anymore. I starved off 100 lbs last year in 7 months and I don't have the wherewithal to starve anymore.

I stopped making morning butter coffee 6 mos ago, thought it would make me fat......

Went back to just black coffee with cinnamon (whisked with a hand mixer). ... What is the final last word on which of the 2 are best for Carnivore?

So, a year and a half ago when I was still very fat, I used to stay up to 4 am on the computer eating junk food. But while losing 100 lbs on Carni, here is how I broke that habit......

For about 10 yrs I was "stuck" on staying up till 4 am. And know how difficult it is to break that habit and last year I was able to break it. Since it is such a hard habit to break, the only way I know how to is, to stay up on the last night that you want to stop being an all night owl and then stay up that whole day (24 hrs up), then that night go to bed before midnight (and you will be tired enough to do so by then). .... So after I started going to bed before mid night, I started moving my get up time earlier. I started at 7:30 moved it to 5:15 am over 2 months. The earlier you get up the more tired you will be at a normal bedtime. ....Also I have the self discipline now to always go to bed before 11 pm, so that I don't screw up my now normal sleep cycle. .... I am now really happy getting up early and having all day to do whatever I want, like going to the store on Wednesday mornings at 8:00 am and doing other stuff in the mornings. ... Also, losing 100 lbs on Carni and therefor breathing much better while sleeping combined with not having poor sleep due to carbohydrate exposure anymore made getting back to a normal sleep pattern again, much easier.

In the wake of a massive world wide piracy streaming crackdown since early June, I heard that some pirate streams have moved to domain names registered in Iran

Does anyone have any links to any of these moved pirate streams for the major US networks (and not a link to the feed that TV stations play on their website. I'm looking for a stream of the OTA or cable of these channels).

Some of the luxuries of Carnivore that I've truly enjoyed since I lost a ton of weight a year ago; not having to go to the doctor anymore, not having to the pharmacy anymore, not having to be fat anymore.

Not having sleep apnea anymore. Can you think of more?

Wanting to ask here about abdominal hernia from prior morbid obesity

I lost nearly 100 lbs in 2025 on Carnivore (at max weight was 330 lbs 5 yrs ago, but had trended down to 280 when I started Carnivore 15 months ago) and it has been apparent for a while now that I have an abdominal hernia at least 4" long in the center of my abdomen. Did anyone here have to deal with this and what did you do about it?
I have now been around 190 lbs for nearly a year now and 59M 6'0" tall.

One of the laptops I recently got from an IT replacement cycle is an I-5 6 gen 4/4 with 24 gigs & M.2. It runs 11 IoT very nicely with no lag.

The other laptop I got is an 8th gen and can't really tell the performance diff between the 2 on 11 IoT. This is likely b\c during that era Intel was stuck on 14NM forever. .. What is your opinion/experience of 11 IoT on Intel 6 thru 8 gen

Wondering if SSA computer tracks how often you go to the doctor and if you don't go for a certain length of time, if the system throws a red flag on you?

Does SSA computer track how often disability recipients go to the doctor, by monitoring how often you use Medicare/Advantage Plan? And then throw a CDR red flag if you don't go?

Can SSA change your CDR date once they set it, if so for what reason?

Just wondering if SSA gave you a 7 yr CDR date, could they change it to a shorter time later on? I am wondering if they could change it for reasons other than if someone tried to falsely rat you out to them.

Shipping order automatically switched to delivery during checkout 😡😡😡

I ordered 6 bottles of magnesium pills and chose shipping, which is what I wanted, because I knew the DC wouldn't screw up my order. But upon paying the order automatically switched to delivery. And the idiot Dasher substituted 2 of the bottles with a kind I totally didn't want and I was totally appalled at the audacity of substituting my order with what ever the F the dasher felt like. ... Also I was totally appalled at Walmart taking the F'ing liberty of switching my order to delivery at the last minute, when I chose shipping during the order. It pisses my off so bad that you are forced to except the idiot Dasher's whim on the items you get. Just like the old adage "If you want something done right, you have to F'ing do it yourself". Amazon does not F'ing do this and that's where I'll be online buying from now on.

Anyone here eat canned corned beef? I saw a can has 2500mg of salt, is that insane?

That seems insane and I'd think you wouldn't consume that much salt even if you were having a heat stroke. That would be like taking 25 one hundred milligram salt pills.
