Sweat therapy
I've been doing sweat therapy for some time now, and my condition has improved. I'm interested in how you do your sweat therapy, and whether it's possible that, over time, if it's continued for a long period, it could stop working completely. I know symptoms can vary, but I'm asking about a complete and long-term loss of its effect.

Sefer Halilović i BPS

Srebrenica genocide, Dutchbat, politics and your views

Hello.
First of all, my apologies if something is not entirely correct, as I used a translation tool.
A few days ago, it was 31 years since the genocide in Srebrenica took place. A genocide that unfortunately happened, and which many say could have been prevented. I am Bosniak from Bosnia and Herzegovina. I am a teenager, and last summer I visited Srebrenica for the first time in my life. It comes across as a very depressing town. It is rich in forests and nature, and it is very quiet and suitable for people looking for peace.
Demographically, however, things do not look very good. The effects of the war are still visible everywhere.
At the Srebrenica Memorial Center, I met many foreigners and foreign field trips visiting the site. The museum is very well set up and shows everything down to the smallest detail. The entire history of the conflict in Bosnia and Herzegovina can be found there, and there are many rooms dedicated to the victims. There are also many personal belongings of the victims. In addition, there is a lot of video material to watch. The former UN base is also located there, where you can see where the Dutch soldiers were housed, view their uniforms, and much more.
It was an indescribable feeling to stand there for the first time in my life and see such a large number of murdered, innocent people. Only 2 or 3 times in my life has it happened that my legs trembled with emotion. That was when it happened. A complete silence in which you realize that you should be happy that you are, thank God, alive and have everything, because those people had no choices.
Briefly little off-topic: For those who do not know, the Dayton Agreement divided Bosnia and Herzegovina into 2 entities and one district. One entity is the Serb Republic (Republika Srpska, where mainly Serbs live) and covers 49%, and the other is the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, where mainly Bosniaks and Croats live. Each entity has its own president, ministers, laws, police, and so on. However, problems often arise in the relationship between these entities.
The law prohibits the glorification of war criminals, but this is not respected in Bosnia and Herzegovina. We still see the glorification of Ratko Mladić (the general of the Army of the Serb Republic), who was sentenced to life imprisonment for the genocide in Srebrenica. Songs are often sung glorifying criminals and celebrating that the genocide of innocent people was carried out. Many Serb politicians deny the genocide and glorify criminals in front of the camera, but this goes unpunished. Many internet pages confirm this as well. Many of them say that the criminal is a hero, but they do not want to recognize the genocide because they think it would be bad for the entire nation.
We also witnessed this a few days ago when, after the commemoration of the 31st anniversary of the genocide, someone in Zvornik (a town near Srebrenica) played a song on a raft wishing for the genocide to be repeated. Reportedly, this person received a fine (the fine for this is between 50 and 150 euros).
Unfortunately, politics in Bosnia and Herzegovina is very complicated and difficult to explain. There is a lot of corruption and nationalism. A huge number of people are dissatisfied with the politics in Bosnia and Herzegovina, which is still the same 30 years after the war; there is still talk of nationalism and war themes. Many of these types of actions go unpunished because of politics.
There are exceptions. There are people from the other side who do recognize the genocide. Normal people in Bosnia and Herzegovina work together, but they often avoid political topics because disagreements quickly arise over them.
Within the museum is also the site where the UN base was. There, among many other things, is the office of Karremans (the UN commander who was in Srebrenica). Some of his belongings are also there, such as his chair, desk, and an old phone.
I am curious about your opinion on Srebrenica. Do you consider Karremans and Dutchbat to be guilty? What is the situation with those people today, how do people behave toward them? Are you even aware of everything that happened in 1995? What is your opinion on the situation and how do you see it today? I believe myself that this was not their goal, but it is somehow very strange that it all turned out this way.
I plan to visit Srebrenica and the newly opened museum again soon, God willing. It is our duty to commemorate the innocent victims from any side, whenever we can.
