need some tips and suggestions for married couple first time travelling to Phoenix, Arizona for Vacation and how long would the vacation be worth if for first time.

Me: 30/M married- Regular employee Resigned from Government hospital last August 2025, started an online business April 2026. My accountant advise me to wait for a quarter so that my ITR for business will not be blank, If I get an ITR immediately my tax records may show little or no business history due to recently starting my business. I'm not sure what this actually means. 300,000-400,000 PHP monthly sales on business.
Other work: Virtual medical assistant for a US clinic, work from home 1 year and 8 months NO ITR. 60,000 PHP salary per month
Travel history: Hongkong X2, Taiwan, Macau X2, Vietnam x4

27/F married- regular employee as a professor at a private institution going 3 years. 45,000 PHP salary per month

Our business recently grew from around 10–20 orders per day to 70–150 orders per day, and we’re having a hard time keeping up with the increased volume.
We already have packers/staff, but we still occasionally encounter wrong items, missing items, misplaced orders, and packages that become overdue for shipment.

For those who are experienced with handling 100+ orders per day, how do you manage your workflow to make sure orders are packed and handed over to the courier within the required timeframe?

A few things I’d especially like advice on:
• How do you organize your orders from picking → checking → packing → labeling → dispatch?
• How many staff do you normally assign for 70–150 orders/day?
• What system do you use to prevent wrong, missing, or misplaced items?
• How do you train new staff to pack accurately while still being fast?
• How do you prioritize orders when the courier pickup deadline is approaching?
• Do you use any scanning, inventory, batching, or tracking system to minimize mistakes?
• How do you make sure everything is packed before the courier arrives?

We want to improve our process rather than simply adding more manpower. Any tips, SOPs, workflow systems, or lessons from your own experience would be greatly appreciated! 🙏

hello 1 week na po nawawala yung wedding ring ko.Sobra akong nadedepressed at lungkot kasalanan ko din kasi kung san san ko nilagay. Bale suot ko siya hanggang paguwi galing kami mall.
