Taking the wizard for a walk
Just updated his walk animation to be more dramatic and highlight his bad knee :) He’s a passive character, so waiting for him is part of the pacing.

Testing out how well the butterflies read. They are 4x4 pixels but I think I've managed to squeeze in a lot of personality.
I bought a dot com a while back in hopes that I'd make a dedicated page for my indie game, but I didn't not prioritize building that page yet.
I decided that in the meantime, I might as well forward all traffic directly to the Steam page as telling people a simple dot com is sometimes easier than telling them to open Steam and search for my game.
In the last month my traffic has been going crazy. It seems like an army of bots have descended on my Steam page. For reference I've marked two viral posts on Reddit and X. The amount of traffic is insane and Steam doesn't categorize it as 'Bot Traffic'.
I'm assuming it's bots because the conversion is extremely low.
Any thoughts or experiences are appreciated!
I needed subtle motion to make the level feel more alive. I ended up using shaders to distort each tree. I highly recommend this approach!
