im genuinely reconsidering what my diagnosis is

no antifungal seems to be actually helping me at all

ACV just helps with the abundant amount of flakes but its back in 2 days

nothing from ketoconazole, selenium, zinc, climbazole, salicylic, glycolic, coal tar has helped

im genuinely considering because the multiplication on my head is crazy and im BALDDDING
