I'm trying to get into sterile processing and looking for the best online certification training program I can actually finish while working full time. Traditional college is way too expensive and slow for what I need, and I really just want something self-paced that I can do on my own schedule without a bunch of prerequisites since I have zero healthcare experience. Been looking at options like but honestly not sure which direction makes the most sense for someone just starting out with no background in the field.

Basically trying to figure out which affordable online sterile processing technician certification program is worth it for a career changer with no prior experience, especially one that includes course materials and gives you some kind of career support or externship opportunity after. If anyone has gone through a program like this and actually landed a job after, would really appreciate hearing what worked for you.

So, here's what happened. I dreamed that India was playing England in the 3rd ODI. India was batting first. The 1st match had been washed out due to rain, and in the 2nd ODI, Kohli hadn't scored many runs, so everyone had high hopes that he'd finally score a century in the 3rd.

The match started with Rohit and Gill opening. In the second over, on the very first ball, Gill got out, and Kohli came in to bat. For some reason, a spinner was bowling in the second over-don't ask why, it was a dream.

There was a slip in place for Kohli. The bowler delivered a ball that bounced awkwardly toward him. Kohli edged it toward the slip. It was a tough catch, and the fielder dropped it. Kohli took a single, but then he thought the ball had gone to the boundary, so he started jogging. Rohit had already reached the other end, while Kohli was casually walking. The fielder, who had stopped the ball near the boundary, picked it up and threw it in. Kohli got run out.

At that point, I was getting so angry in my sleep. I was like, "Why did he slow down? And why did he even go for that single?" I was so frustrated that I started kicking the wall in my sleep.

Then I suddenly realized... the India-England ODI series hasn't even started yet. I woke up and started laughing at myself, wondering why I was literally kicking the wall in my sleep over a dream of run-out.
