Let's be real, in all my 19 years of living I've learned nobody likes autistic people so I don't naturally trust or expect others to be kind tk me so I don't know what else it could be

I don't try to generalize others plus I have at least one autistic friend from high school but when I'm at school, almost anytime I approach another ND person for small talk either on campus (or even high school), they're mostly very high-inhibition, give me one word answers or ignore me. Granted some are introverted and NTs I understand, but this just makes me wanna to keep to myself now. It feels like this "connect with other people like you" feels like bullshit cope especially nowadays

I'm only wondering because Def Con seemed to control the Southside for Snaps and Pop, kicking up to them the same way Ronnie and Breeze did. Or was it moreso his personality?
Especially considering how Def was around the Thomas orbit with him later selecting Raq to be his beard via Marvin, more or less taking her under his wing (albeit keeping her out the loop with the stash house) and Marvin (among everyone else) thinking Kanan was Def Con's son (until Raq told him and Jukebox the truth). Plus Marvin seem to be running operations until he started using and went to Elmira. And these niggas were around the same age and from the same neighborhood
I kind of wondered why they tapped Def Con of all people to run the Southside, even bankrolling his operation and what type of relationship they forged with him especially when you consider that Snaps and Pop were the ones who ran the drug trade on the Southside long before Def (before their deaths, Snaps tells Pop about getting back into the field when they remove Breeze) and Def Con was seemingly a street kid on the come up as Def Con's first documented arrest was for stolen property possession in February 1970
It always kind of irked me how everybody treated Ronnie when he was supposed to have this kingpin back in the day on par with High Post and Raq
I'm mainly talking from being around other people because I went for my cousin's birthday and I tried to chill and keep to myself but I can't help but notice all the females in bikinis, the friend groups, and especially the couples, feeling like it's out of reach for me, especially in this generation. The few conversations i did have were awkward or indifferent. Even when I did hang with people my age group, it was already a set group, so I got left out. And per usual I just wither alone
