Is the long distance reason why?

I am a 25 year old woman. I had short distance and long distance relationships. Whenever I had a long distance, call and message based friendship/relationship I feel super lonely, depressed and I easily get angry at the other person, for their messaging hours, calling hours, message tones. When they don't reply, leave on seen etc. I go insane, I feel super anxious. I simply go insane and lose sleep, appetite...

Do you think I'm just simply toxic or uncertainty and unavaliablity make me toxic? Do you think it is not for me?

Thank you.

My addiction to attention&affection when stressed?

Hi,

I am normally pretty independent and all. But especially nowadays, I feel super lonely and stressed ( work related ) and whenever I am stressed and anxious I want someone to calm me down and text me, hug me etc. I want someone to take care of me romantically especially. And even worse, when I feel uncertainity, I GO INSANE.

Like yesterday, the guy I talk to wanted to make a call today. I accepted. Today, he was busy in the morning and my family was home in the evening, so we couldn't. And I said I'm sorry like because this and that happened. He seemed fine. But he hasn't texted me for a few hours and I directly blame myself. My brain chooses the worst possibility. Idk why...I am so tired of myself. And as I said, cause I am super stressed these kinda small things just add up. Ugh. I don't want to be toxic.

Thank you for reading.

How should I act?

Hello, this might be a bit long.

I live with my family, I am a 25-year-old woman. I had been working for 2 years, but currently I am at home working on establishing another line of business. My goal is to build a stable job and move to another city into my own apartment. I also have my own car.

Until a few years ago, I had a good relationship with my family, or at least that's what I thought. As I got older, I started seeing my mother's dominant "aunt-like" side much more. It's better than before because I've become very vocal and assertive, and for instance, they are now okay with me moving to another city. But they are fixated on this marriage topic, which drives me crazy. I also want to get married, but I want it to happen naturally with someone I love. As a matter of fact, the people suggested to me were not to my liking. Because of my uncles, my grandmother was our responsibility; she lives separately, but we handled her grocery shopping, hospital visits, etc. Now she is moving to a more central location, so our burden will decrease. On top of that, my older brother is married and has a baby, and they are at our house every three days. I am truly mentally exhausted, and my personal space has shrunk drastically. Constant noise, constant chores. And I was raised relatively free; I went on domestic and international trips with my friends, had boyfriends, etc. Also, my father is much more modern and relaxed compared to my mother.

Anyway, coming to what happened today: we went to a real estate agent, and the agent mentioned how he introduced his daughter-in-law to his son himself. My mother suddenly goes, "Find someone good for my daughter too!" My temper flared up. Then the man said there's someone like this who lives with his mother. I thought to myself, "Great, a reason to reject," and immediately said, "No, I don't want to." My mother and grandmother were like, "What's the big deal, there's nothing wrong with it." AS IF THEY DON'T KNOW MY CHARACTER AT ALL. Naturally, I pouted, got mad, and made it obvious. When we got into the car, I said, "You are talking nonsense, mind your own business and leave me alone." They told me, "You're just like your father, pouting and cold." I WAS SO MAD. Even the real estate agent understood that I was annoyed. Am I exaggerating? For God's sake, isn't this humiliating?

Anyway. My question is, how should I act? What should I do until I gain my financial independence? Fighting doesn't work. I've done it dozens of times. I don't love my mother at all, I genuinely don't; she is such a parasitic person. Illogical, overly religious, bigoted... when I wanted to stop wearing the hijab, she had a nervous breakdown. Anyway.

HELP PLEASE.

I need to save myself in my eyes

Hi everyone,

I am a 25 year old woman, I am a teacher but currently not working.

As a child, I was a confident, successful, smart, well-behaved kid. I thought, everyone thought, I was gifted. I was hardworking, responsible, academically very good.

Then some things happened, long story. I also chose bad friends for myself and they also damaged my self concept a bit. Bullying, bodyshaming, general shaming and being made fun of etc..

Can't really recall, but I lost it somewhere.

Later on during college, I was again confident, pretty, smart...Until I got in work life... Terrible things happened I don't want to go in there. I felt weak, like I lost my faith in myself, I have been fighting with many things. Later on, I failed at some exams, some work stuff, some rejections, bad love life... etc etc...

Now I'll try a business, but I have zero faith and confidence in myself. Like I want to be proud of myself again. Idk where to start. I don't even know how to fix it....I need help, thank you.
