Help a guy out.

I am 27 and a second year pulmonology resident in a gmc, very good case load and intervention exposure, I am confused about my next career step. I am from a tier-3 city, no practising pulmonologists nearby, not many places for even proper nebulization, pft etc. On the other hand I feel like I have some more spark left in me to pursue more academically, so I was also looking into DM options. What would be the best career option going forward?

  1. Start practise in my hometown asap during my bond, Build a patient base early on.
  2. IDCCM/DM Critical care - to relieve the physician itch thats always been there. Somewhat of a more hectic path, handle icus in the night and my own OPD/Academia in pulmonology
  3. DM in Pulmonology- Might not be the most attractive option, but I like the fact that I can be a specialist in one particular system, also helpful in future w.r.t job opportunities in corporates etc.
  4. DM in cardiology- This is basically harakiri, Its like restarting life in difficult mode. But I have always fancied cardiology, and pulmo plus cardio gives me an authority in handling dyspnoea.

My parents are self sufficient financially, no immediate pressure on me to earn. I am not looking to marry anytime soon, I just want to find the most meaningful path ahead. Any inputs are welcome!

I am a 27 year old male and this is the first time i was getting a massage so naturally i was a little nervous. I asked the person in the desk whats the best for someone wanting to recover from gym soreness, he suggested swedish spa. The cost was 3000 for 60 minutes.

I was asked to change to a white underwear(they had this sorta thin one, was skeptical), but the masseuse was very respectful. She made some convo to make me relaxed, asking general things.

The massage itself was sooo good. I almost fell asleep by the 30 minute mark. She definitely knoew what she was doing.

After the massage i had an option of using the steam room, which i did. Then i took a shower within the massage room.

The whole experience was very relaxing. I would definitely do it again. And before anyone asks, no prompts were made by me or her regarding a happy ending, it was very respectful.
