In Origins Awakening dlc, between Vigil's Keep and the City of Amaranthine. Which one did you choose to save?

I choose to save both because well.

Couldn't let either get destroyed.

Did anyone had a crush on Morrigan when they first played Origins? I did.

I honestly don't know why back then.

Probably because I was a horny teenager.

u/Infamous_Gur_9083 — 17 hours ago

Honestly when this event triggered the first time. I thought something bad happened but then, I saw the new unit rosters.

Granted I have never seen anything similar like it in other similar strategy games.

I want to know guys because it confuse me the first time I saw it. How the heck does Germania have access to the Phalanx formation?

Only their spear warband can do this among barbarian factions.

I crushed it easily of course while playing as the Julii back then but I have to admit. This was a surprise.

This ragebait is definitely top tier [houseofgamereveals].

I have put the source in the comment section.

Anybody felt sorry for Gob? I know I did. Guy was just looking for honest work.

When Colin's bar goes to him if anything happens to that snake.

I was genuinely happy for Gob.

From the moment I first looked at his face. Instantly knew Moriarty was a snake that couldn't be trusted.

I mean most other people in the Wasteland at least tries to hide their "deceitful nature".

But not this guy.

Did anyone ever found a use for the lighthouse at Alexandria? Personally I never did.

The faction wide bonuses it gave didn't help me at all.

I could already make do with what I have when using the navy.

I have to admit. Younger me didn't realize at first that Briton head hurlers literally threw severed human heads at their enemy.

I genuinely thought they were "uniquely shaped rocks".

This was one of those things that also "flew over my head". Back turn, at least.

Between Anora and Alistair. Who did you want to be in power for Ferelden without pairing them with each other?

I just can't stand the thought of Anora having absolute power.

She's not of the Theirin bloodline.

Though, I will give her credit where she has it due. Anora is the daughter of a Terynyr and a national hero of Ferelden but that should only allow her to be "second best".

No matter how seemingly secure Arefu currently is. Its literally on top of a collapsing highway.

Don't you guys agree?

They're going to have to abandon it completely one day.

Man, underground subway stations throughout Washington D.C always have that scary vibes for me. I don't have the balls to maintain first person camera view when going through them.

Always creeps me out no matter the playthrough.

During my younger years, lol I was honestly offended when this scripted event happened. If you get caught stealing in the Denerim town market enough times.

Seriously, I thought being a Grey Warden literally means the guards won't mess with me.

But I was wrong.

Technically after the second encounter. They did stop bothering me but I can't believe it actually still happened the first time.

Say something like the Urn of Sacred Ashes was real. Would you want to experience its healing properties?

I personally would want to.

Want to find out whether this can cure terminal diseases for example.

During my early days of playing this game. I was honestly pissed on why Chosen Swordsman from barbarian factions didn't break as easily as their other units.

But then, only now at 28. Do I finally understand.

They're the best infantry Barbarian factions have access to, so naturally their morale is better and more resistant to any routing attempts.

Still, so annoying though. Having to do multiple cavalry charges instead of only usually once against them.

Before I managed to fully realize their usefulness. I actually thought militia hoplites were completely useless.

Their melee stats were bad. They wouldn't last long in a melee because of it.

It took me several more years before coming back to the game and finishing it as a Roman faction once again to realize the error of my thinking.

You see, I applied "Roman way of warfare" when I wanted to play other factions. I didn't realize that other factions have their own unique way of making war. That's how I discovered the Phalanx formation button.

Mann, I honestly thought all of Greek infantry with the exception of the Spartan Hoplites were completely useless. How wrong I was.

With the Phalanx, a few militia hoplites placed near enemy entry points in a city was completely undefeatable. That's how I saved Syracuse while playing as the Greeks from Roman occupation.

Bandits never use their heads.

I swear, they never learn.

What? Do their friends never warned them or something? The ones that ran away at least.

Below is the source.

Kind of like a player that spent hundreds of hours playing Skyrim.

Source I have put below.

Man, Jackson Field is so underrated.

Near the end of the story, about Loghain.

Let's roleplay. What if you were the protagonist, Alistair or Riordan?

Would you actually want Loghain joining the Grey Warden order?

I mean, I know the chapter in Ferelden was desperate but man. Loghain REALLY CROSSED A LOT OF LINES.
