She’s visibly upset and quiet for days but says she’s “fine.” I know something’s wrong but can’t help. What should I do?

Day 1 --> One Day
Hey everyone!
I'm an 11th grader NEET Aspirant.. and I wanted to started an accountability post aka "MY STUDY MARATHON" starting 1st August.. to potentially clear all my backlogs and be prepared for upcoming coaching tests.
Today I purely focused on Chemistry and physics for the entire day, Chemical bonding is almost done... Started Thermodynamics aswell! It's a big chapter in my opinion but it's interesting...
Physics i solved 45 questions in 1hr and then analyzed my mistakes and took the ss of the ques to save it in my gallery.
Its 5AM now lol, I'm gonna take some rest and then aim for a productive day today aswell!
