Got tired of spending $80 per month for monitoring. Called to cancel, was on hold for 25 minutes before they hung up on me. Chat doesn't help, states must call in. Finally got an agent on second call after 25 minutes on hold only to be told that I must speak to an account specialist and there's a 25 minute wait. Not doing this. They have been advised of my Intent to cancel on chat and on the agent phone call. I'm done here. Cancel or not, we're done

So, purchased a refrigerator for a July 10 delivery. Received an email stating not until August 8, just got another email stating August 18. I need this fridge now and can't get it. Why would you give me a delivery date that you can't meet? If it's not an in stock item, how can you possibly give any delivery date? Been shopping here for years as a contractor, now as a homeowner. Going to have to locate someplace different to handle my business

After months of dealing with multiple issues with the Verizon experience I must sadly say that I've had enough and switched back to T-Mobile. What started as an issue with SIM lock that never got resolved, ended with an unauthorized plan change that they didn't communicate any info on. I did give them numerous chances to correct both issues, but after numerous assurance that all is well, nothing happened. So, I'm out of here, just wanted to show what happened.

Don't know what's going on here but I just got locked out. Not posting, just viewing. Tried to recover my account, just gets stuck in a recovery loop. Can't even cancel my account unless you're logged in. What a way to run a company

I have one that I no longer need. Anyone that is close that has a need can have it for free.

New device acquired in November as free. Hardware failure 3 months later. Finally got corporate to send me a replacement which arrived today. Not usable as dual SIM since Verizon has locked the SIM and listed the device as unlocked. Corporate told me device would be sent unlocked but it's not. Gonna put it in the drawer and use my other pixel.

Had a tech out today. He condemned my personal equipment. Bought new. Still no Internet. This is ridiculous. Can't reach anyone by phone. I need a different company. Unfortunately they have a lock on the service here, no other companies service or area. This is unacceptable.

How is someone supposed to operate a smart home without Internet? Went down earlier, spectrum days I need to call Netgear due to my non spectrum router. Unfortunately, for to the setup I have here I can switch over to the Verizon modem on the same router and it works. If the Verizon modem had enough bandwidth I would just drop spectrum. Looking for alternatives.

Is there a way to change the internal temperature differential? Currently operating at 2 degrees, prefer 1/2 degree.

Sent in my pixel 10 for repairs. They turned it around same day, actually only a few hours. No clarification requests. Just, found no problems. I guess it just goes into a drawer for future possibilities. Has a strange issue where apps don't respond well, they are extremely slow to launch and every time you select something in an app, it takes forever to load. No problems on my pixel 9, just the 10. Thanks Google for the nothing repair and poor communications
