Thinking of downsizing from a Lian Li O11D V2 to either a mATX or ITX build. Looking for recs.

I want to downsize as much as possible, while not spending too much on new components. I know if I go itx, I'll need a new Mobo, AIO, and PSU, whereas if I go mATX I'll most likely just need a new mobo. I'm also concerned about differences in thermals between ATX, mATX, and ITX. Right now my normal temps while just browsing reddit is 52 for CPU and 45 for GPU.

I've been looking into the Lian Li A3, Jonsbo D33, or Deepcool CH 160. Looking for other recs as I have not looked into much options. Prefer with side glass panel.

My current build:

9850X3D

Gigabyte Windforce SFF 5080

Thermalright 360 AIO

Corsair RM1000e (2022)

MSI Pro X870E-P Wifi

How secure is Tailscale for remote work without getting caught?

Im using my personal laptop to work for a freelancing company. All of the work is through a browser. Im using my personal laptop, and chrome profiles. If I setup Tailscale with an exit node in my home PC, will they be able to detect it? I've gotten caught before using Surfshark, but im not entirely sure how. Wondering how reliable this is.

Pulled the trigger on my first OLED. Anything I need to setup, or is it just plug and go?

Looking for games like Outbound

I recently played Outbound and loved it. However, I didn't finish it because the end got too grindy and felt like a chore. But I did love the journey, charm, atmosphere, and how chill the music was. I don't play cozy games, but this made me really feel like I was unwinding from life and just going on a drive and fixing up my van.

So I'm looking for something similar, if there is any. I don't want anything with intense combat (light combat is fine), or anything with meaningless grinding elements.

Installed Uni Fan SL120 into my case and the RGB is moving really slow. What causes this?

I installed 6 of these fans into my case and powered on my PC and the default colors looked good. I installed SignalRGB and immediately one of the fans RGB loses its color (fan stays powered). The RGB on the other 5 fans, plus the 3 RGB fans on my Thermalright AIO are very slow as if its stuttering. What is the cause of this?

I have the Lian Li fan controller with 4 slots for fans. I connected 3x fans to one slot, 2x on another, and the last fan on another. Its powered by SATA. I connected the fan header to my motherboard, and daisy chained the RGB to my AIO.

What confuses me is that when I installed SignalRGB, one of the fans lost its RGB, and I haven't been able to reverse it even after uninstalling SignalRGB. I tried installing L-Connect, but it wouldnt detect my fans.

What steps can I take to resolve this?

9850X3D high temps

I have a 9850X3D on a MSI X870E-P Pro Wifi motherboard with 32GB Ram, and Thermalright Peerless Vision 360 AIO. I'm experiencing high temperatures while just browsing reddit, and even moreso with gaming.

These are my temps:

Browsing on chrome: 60-70C

Gaming - 75-83C

I have my fan curves at 100% when its at 72C and it doesn't help much. I'm mostly playing Palworld right now, but even just booting up other games can get me into the mid 70s.

Case: Lian Li O11D Mini V2 Flow

Fan config:

Bottom: 3 intake

Side: 2 intake

Back: 1 exhaust

Top: AIO - 3 exhaust

I set my PBO to -15 and it didn't seem to do much. I haven't tried anything else. I've applied fresh thermal paste multiple times. Im using the Arctic MX-6 paste.

Are these temps normal? I know the 9850X3D runs hotter than other CPUs, but im not sure to what degree.

Which strimer/extension cables are compatible with a 5080? The 1x3 extension cable looks messy in my case.

Im not sure of the name of the extension cable that comes with a 5080, but it looks messy in my case. Im looking for a white extension and/or compatible strimer cable that will look good in my white case.

Just switched to Nvidia. Got a Gigabyte RTX 5080 WINDFORCE. Now I see I can get a MSI RTX 5080 16G VENTUS 3X OC WHITE for just $100 more to match my white build. Is MSI a good brand or should I stick with my Gigabyte?

I also haven't had an Nvidia card in like 7 years so I'm not caught up with the differences between manufacturers. I have an all white Lian Li O11 Mini V2 build that the MSI would look good in, but not entirely opposed to keeping whatever card is "better" in terms of cooling/fan noise/performance. I plan on doing 4k gaming on a 144hz monitor.

New build idle temperatures issues (9850X3D + 7900XTX)

My idle temps for both 9850X3D and 7900XTX are around 72C. This is just me browsing reddit, and nothing more. I thought the issue before was the placement of my PC and my old AIO, so I bought a new case, fans, AIO, and moved my case to the top of my desk, and the temps did not really change.

I'm not playing any demanding games or AAA games, but I still reach peak 85c on my CPU and im not sure why. I wanted some help on what I can do to lower my temps without sacrificing gameplay quality.

I also looked into older reddit posts about the same issue and saw I should set PBO to -20, but that didnt really do much either.

Specs: CPU: 9850X3D

Mobo: MSI X870E-P PRO WIFI AMD AM5 ATX Motherboard

GPU: Radeon 7900XTX

AIO: Thermalright Peerless Vision 360

Case: Lian LI O11D Mini V2 Flow

Fans: Corsair RS120 (RGB) + 3 stock Lian Li fans that came with the case.

I have an LG C1 tv. What’s the best way to stream 4K games from my PC?

I also have an older Microsoft surface laptop which I can stream from but I haven’t tried anything yet. I’m looking to stream 4k games from my pc to my tv the best way possible. Running a long HDMI is not possible.

Has anyone gotten rejected and take a loss on the consultation fee?

I’m thinking of signing up, but worried about the non refundable consultation fee. I’m not really worried about being rejected, but just the thought of potentially losing $75 has me second guessing. Has anyone gotten rejected and lost their $75?

Need to find a new provider, and suggestions for my next steps. Food noise is back to normal now. I've tried compounded sema -> brand Ozempic -> compunded tirz

My journey started September 2025. I ordered a 3 month supply of compunded sema (BPI) from GobyMeds and it went well for the most part. Every week I had bad side effects (heartburn, gas, bloating, nausea), BUT it completely eliminated my food noise. Every two weeks I would increase my dosage. I had to stop increasing my dosage about 8 weeks in because the side effects got really bad (but still effective).

Before the 12 weeks were over, I had a friend who's family member passed away and they had two brand new Ozempic pens which they gave to me, so I used that after my 12 weeks. The next 8 weeks of Ozempic felt like I was on nothing. I took the full 1mg/wk of Ozempic and was not feeling the same effects as the compunded semaglutide, which I thought was odd. And no, the Ozempic wasn't used or expired. So after that I decided I should try Tirzepitide to see if it works better.

I ordered a 3 month supply of compunded tirzepitide from GobyMeds. I explained everything above to them and they prescribed 30 units/wk for 12 weeks, which I felt was odd since it wasn't increasing bi weekly. I started the tirz and didn't feel anything at all. Food noise slowly crept back and I was gaining a minimal amount of weight. I thought I should keep at it and see if anything changes. About a month goes by and still no change. I reached out to GobyMeds and their customer service is atrocious. It took a week for them to get back to me and they requested photos. I sent it to them and still didn't hear back after following up multiple times. By the time they got back to me, I was down to my last two doses and they suggested upping my dose, which at this point is too late.

Im down to my last dose and I'm considering going to another provider, AND going back to compounded sema since it's worked for me in the past.

I wanted to know if anyone else experienced this, and if you have any suggestions for providers that are affordable, with good customer service.
