Madalas nag mamaneho ako ng kotse o na sa bahay lang, nakakairita talaga yung mga motor na may open muffler. Masyadong maingay at istorbo. Hindi naman bibilis ang motor dahil dyan. Pang Ksp lang talaga.

Isang araw naglalakad lang ako at na realize ko kahit ang stock motor maingay pala pag harap harapan na. Pero yan naman wala naman tayo magagawa dahil stock part eh so ok lang naman for me. Pero eto talaga ung mga
Naka modify sana hulihin na, illegal din yan sa batas. Kaya sana kasama Mga yan sa ncap

I need the rider to pick up an item at a doctor's clinic in the hospital and its at the 3rd floor

So what I want to do so when I book the order, they can see that they really have to park. I want to avoid those riders that love to complain. There's a button there "pabili" but I'm not sure if thats understood you gotta get off your bike and go up.

Any advices?

Is there a way for the rider to know that they have to park and go up to the clinic prior to accepting this order?

I'm having items picked up from the doctor's office and they dont have anyone who can go down. Meron ba button dun or do you guys just tip?

I have had a bad case of hemorrhoids before that the doctor had to put a band on it. I was sedated during the procedure. Before that, pooping was painful and sometimes had blood. Ever since then, I've been pooping very well and become more conscious with my poop health.

Apparently my diet was low in fiber and I've learned more about macronutrients. So I've been eating more fruits and vegetables (although still lacking and working on it) and occassionally take fiber supplements. Soaked chia seeds are just magical.

All these fiber rich food just make my popping experience SO INCREDIBLE!!!!! its fat but soft, no longer rough. I poop a lot in one go. its just so magical IDK. Its the best part of my day and Im proud if the quality of the poop is good. I refer to the bristol chart. lol

Add a squatty potty, damn bro, it just goes out in less than a minute!

how about you guys? how's your pooping experience and what do you guys do to keep your poop quality high?

Problem/Goal:

I want to share my wonderful journey of having a GREAT POOP EXPERIENCE. It all started when I had very bad hemorrhoids before the doctor had to band the hemorrhoid because I had blood on my stool (scary because blood is a sign of colon cancer). Ever since then, it started my road to having good poop habits and I want to share this wonderous JOY to everyone

My advice:

• make sure you get 30-40g of fiber each day. I eat at least 1 fruit, meals have 100g of vegetables, 1 tbsp of chia seeds in water/juice (soak for 2 hours at least) a day. Psylium Husk also helps but better daw whole foods my gastro said.
• drink 2.5-3L of water - i have a bottle dedicated just for me
• squatty potty when pooping
• cup of coffee in the morning
• dont sit on the toilet too long, i jack off while seated on the toilet before. i think this contributed to my hemorrhoids

I've been doing these my morining poop is just too good. HAHA. LMK IF THIS WORKS FOR YOU OR IF YOU HAVE OTHER SECRETS TOO!

Problem/Goal:

• Boss wants me to check from 3 service centers or sources on how much its going to cost to repair the aircon. The problem is that the service centers refuse to give a quote how much a new evaporator will cost. Just want to know if anyone has leads where to get pricing.

Context:

• We had the AC diagnosed already by our main service center and the next step is a leak test and there are several possibilities. Most likely its either to repair the fittings for 3.5k or replace the evaporator for 16k. No idea how much second hand would cost so thats another option. Repairing the evaporator will only save it for a short period.
• We found a yellowing liquid leak and it was oily. According to the technician, its oil that moves around the freon. Oil condenser ata siya.

2. In terms of traffic rules, is this officially called swerving, and is it illegal?
3. Isn't there a rule about how far in advance you need to align yourself before taking a U-turn?"
4. The u-turn slot was still pretty far away, it was necessary to make that sharp cut.

Wallet

One of the many things I dislike about Lalamove is the wallet. We load the wallet in fix amounts suh ask 350, 1000, 1500 or idk. There's no in between. We end up having a certain balance all the time in the wallet and its annoying since I dont even use the app that often. Then if you request for refund, its going to take 30 days and its not even reasonable to take that long. Sinasadya talaga nila na iwan mo yung pera sa kanila. And if you forget or dont even know that you can refund, sa kanila na yung pera.

Priority

Pag binasa mo, priority means from end-to-end, walang pooling. Pero pagkausapin mo CS, sasabihin nila sayo na priority pick up lang siya. Hindi pa rin siya automatic direct deliver, pooling siya. Kung management mismo di mo mapagtitiwalaan, pano pa yung mga safeguards in place?

Riders

Napansin ko lang sa halos lahat ng apps, Lalamove is one app i will not use if high value item at nagmamadali ako magpadeliver. Marami sa kanila nagnanakaw ng items. Happened to me 5x na, wala rin naman magagawa si Lalamove pag ninakaw na nila.

End rant

I booked a L300 to pick up some items but its been 2 hours and no one accepted it yet. I've added 200 pesos already.

Is Lalamove reliable or are there other cargo movers available?

I am a dude and i have a friend who’s a girl. One night she messaged me if i could call her because she was walking home and thinks that a random dude she had an argument with was following her. Noticing the threat, i immediately called her to provide support. She was able to get home safe. She started yapping just sharing some stuff. I didnt really want to talk but im like ok sure. i suddenly my mom wanted me to adjust the parking of the cars so i had to multitask cuz how hard can it be right?

But these things could distract and suddenly miss out some portions of the conversation. Long story short - she asked me some questions like testing me what she said. And i said i dont know, i didnt hear. She got pissed because she said it 3x. First 2 probably my fault - i was driving. Last one, wifi got disconnected.

As she we upset, the ended the call and proceeded to send several messages. Deleted a lot and left one. She said she appreciates the call and thought it was sweet but she said she is very upset that i wasnt listening to her. She said its very disrespectful and doesnt want to be treated that way. And that she’s sick and tired of it.

Just for some fair context - its not the first time honestly as i have the habit of spacing out or multitasking. To that maybe she just doesnt like it. Idk.

On my side… Sometimes i just cant sit still. I never have these complaints or problems with my friends. Sometimes we cut each other off but no one gets offended. Idk, maybe my circle of friends are cool with it. I dont want to tell her that she’s the only one who complains. I said it before once but she called me out that its dismissive of her feelings so i never did it again. Also i remembered a tiktok video saying “comparison is the thief of joy”’ so i just accepted her feelings and couldnt say its wrong (although honestly i think maybe she’s just sensitive)

Im doing some research on fitness watches before I choose one. I dont know anything about these yet so i was hoping to get some insight from those who have thought about it.

Im considering garmin, coros, huawei and apple watch but open to others. The only thing i know about these is that apple’s battery only lasts a day i think? It sounds inconvenient but idk is it true?

I mainly want it to track my sleep and track my bpm when i run or work out.

Starting to plan on running regularly pa lang as a new hobby to try out. (Im trying to get my cardio back - i used to play frisbee regularly so nawala cardio. Now i just rock climb, lift weights and yoga sometimes). Not keen on using it for rock climbing kasi it will be prone to scratches.

What car shampoo do you guys use? And do u find noticeable differences of branded ones like mothers, turtle wax meguair(?) and the local brands?

I can tell the difference of safeguard, dove and an aesop but not so much sa car shampoo hahahaha. Baka you guys have insights.

One of my cars is graphene coated, i think i was advised to avoid shampoos with wax but im not really sure why.
