Update on my previous post

Hi everyone, thanks for all of your advices on my previous post. I am tagging my previous post here as a link. This is a small update regarding my situation, so I found one more car which I really liked, it’s a 2024 Mazda three Turbo premium plus hatchback. It has 25,000 miles on it and after all the negotiation the dealer accepted $26,000 as the selling price plus tax title license. It is the machine grey metallic on the exterior and red interior so it looks really cool. I was wondering if I should grab this deal I was also preapproved for financing through my credit union, but the only hiccup is I live in Michigan and the car is in North Carolina so I have to fly to North Carolina and then drive back to Michigan. If anyone knows any shipping companies who ship safely but for a cheaper price, please let me know in the comments and I would contact them and get the car shipped instead of flying to the dealership and driving back for 12 hours.

Advice please?

Hi everyone, very close to signing on this one. It’s a 2024 Mazda 3 carbon turbo hatch. Has 17.3k miles on it, 1 owner very clean carfax as well. Test drove it and loved the car. The dealer said they would send it to the closest Mazda to get the oem front tow hook which was missing. Apart from that the only concerning thing was the inevitable gloss black center console scratches🥲. But I think I can live with it.

What do you guys think of this?

Confused what to get? Need advice/insights.

Hi everyone I'm 25, live in Michigan, make $65k/year, and drive about 20k miles/year. I'll keep the car for around 4-5 years.
Options:
2024 WRX Premium – 21k mi – $24k
2023 Mazda3 Premium AWD – 12.6k mi – $27k
2024 Mazda3 Turbo Premium Plus – 35k mi – $27.5k
2025 Elantra N – 5k mi – $30k
2026 Elantra N - 0 mi - $33k
Priorities: fun, reliability, winter driving, resale, and reasonable ownership costs.

I know Elantra N is a FWD, but I love how it looks and drives so maybe I could manage with snow tires? 😅

Post neuter

Hey! I’m not sure if this allowed here, but my dog got neuter 16 days ago. He had his body suit on all this while, it’s been 2 days that we took it off, he started licking the incision and this is how it looks now. Just wanted to know if this is normal? He is a miniature poodle and just turned 1 last month.

Appreciate any inputs.

I'm looking to sublease a parking space from someone who lives at the 400 Rose complex and isn't and won't be using theirs, and who will take Zelle/PayPal.

You can only have one parking space per bedroom apparently, no exceptions, even if there's ample parking in the lot. There's no parking to be had at all, I already asked. The private parking lot kiddy-corner to the apartment on Rose/Cedar is already fully leased by the complex - I already asked.

If you know anyone who’s renting out any parking spaces in/around 400 rose apartments, please reach out to me.

Thank You.
