Is this lipedema or just cellulite?

I've been getting kinda paranoid over it these days. I am 32F, 160cm and 54-55 kg. I've never been overweight but i have stretch marks for unknown reasons. I walk a lot, spento doesn't hurt to walk at all. Tight clothes leave dents after one evening of use, my elbows leave dents on my legs when i rest on them. I've been underweight in my teens (the lowest was 42 kg). I take the pill, along with eutirox (hypothyroidism). I quit smoking in January. I don't know if i can say i bruise easily, i do get random bruises sometimes. The ones in the photos are mosquitoes bites. The one thing that i find weird is how the skin "bumps" on the side of my ankles. Is it just cellulite? Thank you very much.

How can i make this shade look like natural agate bands?

So i've been trying to make an agate bands effect on Photoshop but no filter seems to give that natural "cracked" and bended bands, they rather give a "liquid" effect. I was using this image as a reference but i can't seem to find a way to make it look like that. What could i do? Thank you!

I have found THE chair

So, the things that started it all: In another sub i have found a post about a WONDERFUL PC chair, reclinable backseat, footrest and reclinable armrests, literally my paradise.

Was too expensive at the time, couldn't afford it.

Over time, i have lost the post, and when i had finally found it (after days of search history and stuff) finally found the post, but the chair was no longer available. Right when i was planning to buy a new one since my old one sucked.

Looked for a similar chair for WEEKS, nothing came up, until last week i finally found THIS!!

I'd say it has the same exact functions of that other chair, you can fully regulate the back with a handle, the armrests can be bended, and it has a footrest. You can fully crisscross and even take a nap on it if you want. Only downside being fake leather so your legs are gonna get sweaty if you don't dover it with something. But i swear to you, i was looking for a chair like this since JANUARY!

That pokèdance meme with the guy breaking walls with his hips

I don't know why but i can't find it anywhere, it used to be all over tiktok and now is gone. Can anyone help me find it?

It's that short animation of the pokèdance, with the guy moving his hips so extreme that he breaks the walls and flies away.

I don't know what kind of keywords i'm supposed to put in the search bar lol

Lips got dry, red and slightly burn after being in the pool

Age 30

Sex/Gender F

Height and weight 160 cm/ 54 kg

Race/Ethnicity caucasian

Geographic location (eg. Canada) Italy

Pre-existing medical issues (if any) Hypothyroidism, IBS

Current medications (if any) Eutirox, Sibilla (Birth control), Medikinet 10 mg

Duration of complaint (how long has this been happening) Since this evening 7-8 PM

Symptoms (be specific) Lips feel dry and slightly burning, like i have been eating something spicy. They're not itchy, i can move my mouth without any pain and i can speak without any problem. I had some Issues eating hot food because it stings. They feel like i got some sort of sunburn.

Hello, i have been at the pool this afternoon, i mostly spent it out of the water since it wasn't really hot, i didn't stay hours in the sun because i have -10 melanin and i only get burns, but never got burned on my lips before. I managed to take a swim after 5 PM, stayed in for 20/30 minutes or so, and then got out.

Didn't pay much attention before, but after the shower i noticed my lips were kinda burning, like i ate something spicy. I checked on the mirror and they were red like this. They don't itch, but i had difficulties eating hot food because it stinged. I applied lip balm, but it doesn't look like it's helping much.

I don't have any allergies.

i have been to this pool many times.

i never got any weird reaction on my lips before.

i don't smoke nor drink.

I can move my mouth without problem, i can smile without pain, i can talk without pain.

I got many sunburns, i think even on my head, but never on the lips, even in the worst summer scorching hot days, not even with actual spicy food

They told me it could be the chlorine in the water, is that really it? I've been to pools where the chlorine levels were crazy and i never got any reaction like this one before. Is it something that can go away on its own? Do i have to take anything? Thank you for any kind answer.

Edit: i applied sunscreen as usual, didn't drink anything that could have been irritant. The water wasn't bothering me other than the low temperature.

Left earlobe flaking and irritated, second time

Hi, i wanted to ask here about an issue i'm having recently because maybe you can give me some additional advice about it.

My left earlobe has started flaking, to the point where the skin gets red and wet (i think there's sebum), it's really achy to the touch. The first time occurred around April. I don't wear earrings very often, and when it happened i wasn't wearing any for months.

I asked my doctor about it, which told me it was likely an allergic reaction to the earrings, even if i told her that i wasn't wearing any when it started flaking. Did cortisone cream for 10 days and it healed, left it alone ever since.

Last saturday i wore surgical steel earrings, i've always wore them and never had any issues with them, i don't have any known allergies anyway. They were a bit heavy, when my ears aren't really used to them they usually get slightly achy and swollen the next day but they go back to normal the same day, no redness or anything.

The next day the left lobe was a little achy but otherwise ok, then in the following days it started flaking all over again. I didn't wear other earrings, i kept the earlobes clean. I don't remember if i did that in that instance, but i remember cleaning the holes with those little strings that you dip in saline to take out the dirt. Again, i don't remember if i did it this time.

I always keep them clean and use Cerave cleanser soap for normal to dry skin to wash both face and ears.

To clean the earlobes i use saline spray (Isomar) when needed.

The right earlobe never had any reaction like this. some dry skin a few times, but nothing major.

The left earlobe has a bit of history though. Has 2 failed attempted piercings before this one years ago (i was a teen and dumb). First one was fine, but my dumbass distractedly changed earring after a week. For a reason i can't remember i just decided to let it close. Second time a couple years later by a jeweller with a piercing gun (i know, super wrong, i didn't know at the time), got immediately infected and had to take it off. Had a tiny ball inside for quite some time but it eventually went away, before getting it pierced again 3 years ago by a professional, who gave me a ltitle titanium rod piercing so i could have some romm to clean it properly. Followed his instructions religiously: Wash hands with antibacterial soap before celaning ears, never take piercing off, clean with saline solution.

I had an issue when it wouldn't heal properly after 3 months, but it was the saline drying my sking and making the earlobe discharge. I had also changed the piercing to a thinner, curved one because the skin kept becoming dry, was fine after that.

Now, i'm not a frequent earring wearer because i either forget to put them on (sometimes i take them off for safety reasons) or because they start to get uncomfortable to keep on. So there are times where i don't wear them for months. If i start wearing them again, i usually use the most comfortable ones so i can sleep on them, and keep them as long as i can.

Never had an issue, until now. The red cut-like shape is the same exact as the last time, same spot and everything. builds a thin crust layer and flakes off.

I'm using cortisone cream again, but how do i prevent this from happening again?

I always wear the same earrings, didn't by or wore any new ones.

Thank you in advance for any kind answer.

Edit: I've asked on a dermatology sub and was told it's a form of contact dermatitis, i'm concerned because i don't know what's causing this

Why does this keep happening? Weird reaction in left ear

Hi, i'm 30 F, and i've been experiencing this weird reaction on my left ear since last month.

To be more detailed: i have both ear lobes pierced. The right one pierced at 15 yo and the left one at 27/28. I went to a piercer who gave me a titanium rod piercing.

Healed fine, but started flaking after some time, started wearing a thinner one and it went away. I have no allergies. I always had sensitive skin, sometimws i had to stop wearing earrings for a while because the lobes started getting sore (usually with bigger ones). Now, last month my left lobe started flaking exactly like this (i wasn't wearing any earrings for months, so it started randomly), i had to put on cortisone cream. Healed fine, started wearing some earrings (surgical steel) for a night, lobes got sore, right one healed fine, left one started flaking like this again. Also, it feels like there's sebum coming out.

Why is this happening? My doctor keeps saying it's an allergic reaction but that doesn't make any sense since i wear the same earrihgs for years, and i wasn't wearing any one when this first occurred.

What should i do? What is this? My doc will just keep saying it's an allergic reaction but i swear to god she misdiagnoses me so many times i've gotten sick of it.

Any kind answer is appreciated, thank you in advance.

Can i take Lorazepam and methylphenidate 2-3 hours apart?

Hi, sorry if the question is weird but i just realized this.

I'm 31F, 1.60m 54kg, quit smoking around 4 months ago. I have AuDHD and i'm taking Medikinet 10 mg since March. I have phobia of needles, so everytime i have a blood test i take Tavor(lorazepam) 1mg around 2h before the appointment. What i didn't realize is that now i also take Medikinet (methylphenidate) 10mg after breakfast.

I have my appointment at 8:55 tomorrow morning, so i'd take Tavor around 6:55. When i asked my psych for a new box (last one expured) they didn't say anuthing about it. Is it safe to take Tavor and then Medikinet?

EDIT: sorry i forgot, for additional info: i take Eutirox 75mcg for 5 days (Monday-friday) and 50 mcg for two (saturday-sunday) 30 mins before breakfast for hypothyroidism, i also take the pill at 16:00 (Sibilla, Dienogest), i also have IBS-D.

So my therapy would be Tavor 1mg at around 6:55, have blood test at 8:55, take Eutirox right after, have breakfast around 30 mins later (9:30 or so) and take Medikinet 10 mg. Could it be dangerous?
