GF left with my 18-month old daughter

One morning GF (40f) suddenly told me she's leaving. With the kids (our 18-month old daughter and her 10yr old daughter from another man). I'm 43m.

It's almost a month now.

Tried to talk her out but no avail. We're living in my house. She told me she's leaving in the morning and they were off after a few hours.

I know we have shortcomings and issues that we just tried to shelve. Ask her if she can give us a chance. She replied she gave me chance long ago. I know classic. I didn't know or I was ignoring it. I have issues and so is she. Had she told me properly, or we communicated sitting without shouting or angry, maybe I could have understand what she was going thru. And made actions to make things better for us.

I am/was a very hands on father. I mostly stay at home unless I have projects so I have more time with my baby. We share household chores but I'm the more hands on with the baby's development.

Her kid is a different matter. We always have misunderstanding.

I still want/hope to have a complete family where my daughter can see her dad and mom everyday and we can guide her. I want her back but she says her decision is final.

We still haven't talked about how I can maintain my relationship with my baby and how I can be there for her when she's growing up. Her only message is "we'll talk when. I'm ready"

Right now I'm just dead. Everyday, everything reminds me of my daughter in this house. I used to wake up with her and put her to sleep. Now the house is empty.

I took a break from my day job so I can focus on my daughter especially during these years. So I can spend more time during her growing years.

Now I feel deprived of having that.

I love my partner and I love my daughter very much. I will do anything just to be with my baby by her side. I miss her voice, her antics, her smile, everything even her tantrums that I try to soothe by carrying her and telling her everything is ok because dad is here. And she will calm down while saying, "Daddy, daddy..."

I cry everyday. Have very few people to talk to. Everything is brewing inside and I don't know how long I can take it.

Don't know what to do... I miss my baby... She is my life...

"Tunog mayaman" ba ang equivalent sa bike ng open pipe sa motor?

Before anything else, I love bikes in whatever form or kind they are. Commuter bike, road bike, mtb, gravel, folding atbp. As long as you're biking your own ride and walang natatapakan o napapasama sa pag bike mo, I'm fine with that.

That being said, for discussion, pwede ba natin na ma compare yung "Tunog mayaman" na bike sa open pipe. Like many want that "sound" pero walang actual advantage sa pag bike like efficiency et al?

Hope walang away dito. Tingin nyo? Napa isip lang ako nag bike kasi ako tapos Dame ko na kasabay na ganun tunog. Tapos kasabay din mga bomba ng bomba na mga motor na naka open pipe.

Peace po sa lahat at ride safe always.

Why is wireless charging not as standard now as Type-C?

There's a lot to be desired for having a wireless charging setup.

The device can be properly enclosed avoiding opening on the case making it more water resistant.

You won't have to bring a cable anywhere

Of course type c has a lot of advantages as well such as high power output and faster file transfers.

But if we/the tech developers focused on wireless charging and file transfer, I a sure it's just a matter of time to reach that kind of power delivery of transfer speed as wired ones.

Just wondering. Imagine all your devices; phone, watch, activity tracker, flashlight, any rechargeable device powered by one wireless charger.

I also like the concept of furniture like work desk and also your dashboard on your car to having a discrete charger that you just need to put your device on and it will automatically charge. No wires to get tangled.

Really curious.

Happy to own ang original Bialetti but disappointed with the quality of NOT made in Italy produce.

***happy to own AN original...

As the title says...

Here is my original but made in Romania (I think) 3cup moka pot.

Should have searched for a "Made in Italy" one.

The coffee basket and the upper chamber is stamped "Made in Italy" but the lower water chamber has no stamp and the finishing inside is less desirable.

It does and still makes good coffee but would have wanted to see a good finish inside. After all I bought it brand new.

Why so much hate of fixed gear bikes /fixed gear riders?

Granted maraming riders jempoy. But it's not the bike. It's not even ALL fixed gear riders. But some.

Kahit sinabi na ng mga riders na safe sila mag ride. Or may preno sila. Or they know how to stop their bikes safely.

For context I ride different bikes. I have a fixed gear with me for more than ten years. I have mtb geared and folding ones. Single speed and multi... Also have an ebike. Actually I have many bikes. I just love 2-wheeled vehicles.

So why the hate? Can't we just ride our own preferred bikes for whatever purpose (race, commute, rando, exercise et al) and enjoy biking?

Parang mas dini-discourage natin mga tao mag bike. Instead of guiding the new ones properly.

***reaction post to dun sa isang bata/estidyante na gusto mag build ng fixed gear for daily nya. Tapos marami nagsabi wag sya mag fixed kahit sabi nya na limited budget sya and gusto nya very low maintenance bike.
