Founding Brand Designer (Part-Time → Core Team)

We’re building a new-age FMCG brand in Bangalore.

Already live in pubs. Moving fast into retail.

Now we need someone to make it look like it deserves to be everywhere.

Not looking for an “execution” designer.

Looking for someone who wants to own the brand.

You’ll work on:

* Bottle labels people actually notice

* Campaigns that don’t feel like ads

* Retail + in-store presence

* Billboards, decks, anything the brand touches

Basically… everything visual.

Important:

Your work will be out there.

On shelves. In pubs. In front of real people.

No hiding behind mockups.

Structure:

* Start part-time

* If it clicks in ~2 months → full-time + core team

You’ll like this if:

* You have opinions (and can defend them)

* You hate boring FMCG design

* You want to build something early, not polish something finished

If you just want freelance gigs, skip this.

If you want to build a brand from zero → DM.

Send portfolio + 2–3 lines on how you think about design.

Looking to Partner with SaaS Founders on a Revenue-Share Basis

Hey everyone,

I'm looking to partner with SaaS founders who have a solid product but don't have enough time or expertise to focus on distribution and sales.

Instead of charging an upfront fee, I'd rather work on a revenue-sharing model. I'll help find customers, do outreach, generate leads, and close sales. In return, I'd earn a percentage of the recurring subscription revenue from the customers I bring.

I believe distribution is one of the biggest challenges for most products, and I'm interested in becoming a long-term growth partner rather than just another affiliate.

If you have a SaaS product that's already live and you're looking for someone hungry to help grow it, I'd love to chat.

Feel free to comment below or send me a DM with your product and current stage.

If you were running a small skincare brand in India, what would your next growth move be?

Hey everyone,

I run a small skincare brand that’s grown mainly through Amazon, our own website, and exhibitions across eastern India.

Now I’m trying to decide where to focus next.

Options I’m considering:

1. Digital marketing

2. Corporate gifting

3. Distributors/wholesalers across India

4. Exports

If you were in my position, what would you prioritize first, and why?

Also:

  1. How would you find good distributors or corporate clients?

  2. Is it worth exploring exports this early?

  3. What’s one growth opportunity most small brands overlook?

Would love to hear from anyone who’s built or scaled a consumer brand. Thanks!

If you were running a small skincare brand in India, what would your next growth move be?

Hey everyone,

I run a small skincare brand based in eastern India.

**Current channels:**

  1. Own D2C website

  2. Amazon

  3. Regular exhibitions across eastern India (our biggest sales channel so far)

We’re at a stage where we’ve validated the products, but now I’m trying to figure out the **next growth engine**.

The options I’m considering are:

**1. Digital marketing** (Meta, Google, influencers, UGC)

**2. Corporate gifting** and bulk B2B orders

**3. Distributors/wholesalers** in other parts of India

**4. Exports** in the future

If you’ve built or worked with a consumer brand, I’d love your advice:

**1. What would you prioritize first, and why?**

**2. How do you find good distributors or corporate clients?**

**3. Is exporting worth considering for a small brand, or should I focus on India first?**

**4. What’s one growth channel that most small brands completely overlook?**

I’m looking for practical advice from people who’ve actually been through this.

If you’re a distributor, wholesaler, retailer, or involved in corporate procurement and think there could be a fit, feel free to DM me.

Thanks!

Running a small skincare brand in India. Looking for ideas to scale into corporate gifting, wholesale distribution, exports, and beyond.

Hey everyone,

I run a small skincare brand based in eastern India. So far, we’ve grown primarily through offline exhibitions while also selling through Amazon and our own D2C website.

Here’s where we are today:

  1. Full skincare product range.

  2. Active on Amazon.

  3. Own D2C website.

  4. Regular participation in exhibitions across eastern India.

Most of our growth has come from in-person sales and repeat customers rather than heavy digital marketing.

Now I’m trying to figure out what the next phase of growth should look like.

The areas I’m considering are:

  1. Building a stronger digital marketing engine (Meta, Google, content, influencers, UGC, etc.).

  2. Expanding into corporate gifting and bulk B2B orders.

  3. Partnering with distributors and wholesalers in other parts of India.

  4. Exploring exports once the domestic business is more established.

I’d really appreciate advice from people who’ve built or worked with consumer brands.

A few questions:

  1. If you’ve scaled a D2C or skincare brand beyond a regional presence, what actually moved the needle?

  2. For corporate gifting, what’s the best way to reach decision-makers? HR, procurement teams, gifting agencies, or someone else?

  3. How do you find and evaluate good distributors? What margins, MOQs, and common pitfalls should I be aware of?

  4. If exports are worth considering, what should I start preparing today? Which countries are most accessible for an Indian skincare brand?

If you had to prioritize just one growth channel over the next 12–18 months, would you focus on D2C, wholesale distribution, corporate gifting, exports, or something else entirely?

Also, are there any growth channels or partnerships that you think most small consumer brands completely overlook?

I’m genuinely looking for practical advice, whether it’s based on your own experience or something you’ve seen work well.

And if anyone here is a distributor, wholesaler, retailer, or works in corporate procurement and thinks there might be a fit, feel free to send me a DM.

Thanks in advance!
