Idk. Just sad tonight.

I don’t have a specific Reddit to post this to. I just wanted to talk. Even if just to myself. Life is really hard right now and a lot changed in such a short amount of time. It also happened during a time where things were finally starting to get good, which makes it so much now scarring, the whiplash. I wish I could support myself better. My second cousin got married today and I felt so happy and inspired by their love, but I don’t think I will have something like that because she had a smaller family to navigate and support her. My family is so big that it’s hard to all be on the same page. I’m also the youngest so I perpetually feel beneath everyone. I don’t have a point to writing this but I just wanted to share my grievances. I don’t even really want advice or community, even tho I know both things are recommended rn, I just can’t absorb it, it’s more weight. I really hope the lord will guide me to have more strength to carry myself. I wish and pray for god to give me some anchor to encourage my steadfastness in faith in him. I’m tired. I want to surrender so bad but it’s so hard to when you’re in the same environment that you got sick in. God please, I am terrified of you but you’re all I trust more than anyone else even more than me.

Would love to hear your story on feeling safe w the universe

TLDR; I want to know how you guys feel like the universe/god/higher law is acc safe kind loving relational etc for yourself on a personal level

Hi, I’m struggling a bit with faith actually feeling personally connected, rather than a concept or idea. I grew up Shaivite/arya samaj and in my 20s I tried exploring western manifestation and also gaudiya vaisnavism, which helped me a TON in feeling more in tune with myself and my emotions, but idk it still wasn’t very deep or familiar to me that I lost the interest to preserve/maintain. It takes me an immense amount of energy and immersion to actually start feeling connection, and ngl my environment is very spiritually and emotionally dead or stunted? (imo). I think I may also have some trust issues because shaivism, while I still want to try and try and try again, sometimes it feels too much like ether.. like a repetition compulsion of the deaf ears my cries fell on growing up. Like I remember crying to shiva (as im sure so many people share a similar childhood experience with god) and being told my whole life that silence was his answer. But universal laws doesn’t comfort me when I’m scared or sad or angry yk.
I really want to know you guys’ journey on this tale as old as time. Sometimes I get scared that im too fundamentally limited in this soul to ever have that change in consciousness

Would love your perspective on feeling safe w the universe 🔮🤍

TLDR; I want to know how you guys feel like abundance is acc safe kind loving etc for yourself on a personal level

Hii

Looking for a bit more of an emotional perspective. I tend to not like the very ambitious-authoritative rhetoric like aggressively suggesting things will happen/work out because I say so, so I was wondering if you guys could share your experience of deep faith and knowing, feeling supported by the universe (despite how complex and overwhelming that rabbit hole is) that the universe is abundant, safe, and kind/loving not just in a collective conscious sense, but for you in a personal sense, what it feels like
I don’t have anything I want more than that, cuz personally I grew up with everything I could need materially, my parents broke majority of the generational curses for me, but I really want to build/attract emotional health (can you even attract that?? Lol).

Thank you all for your two cents i appreciate it

Even the greats practiced an essence of manifestation

My dad was into Bruce Lee when I was a kid, and naturally I started to google and found some really interesting excerpts that totally reminded me of manifestation.
Thought I’d share because something hearing it framed in a different way/context helps spark/make things click :)

Aim past your target.

Aim past your target, so when you fall short, you still land in the ballpark of success. Bruce Lee was famous for his one-inch punch, but in reality he was aiming past the one-inch. According to Bruce, “Don’t fear failure. Not failure, but low aim, is the crime. In great attempts it is glorious even to fail.”

Your mind and body support each other.

It’s not enough just to be smart. It’s not enough just to master your body. Your body HELPS turn what you think or dream up into results. Action is superior to inaction, and as you think, you shall become.

Apply what you know.

Life is not about watching (manifesting) from the sidelines. Use what you know and put knowledge into practice. Test yourself. According to Bruce, “Knowing is not enough, we must do. Willing is not enough, we must apply.” [Persist even without proof.]

Make things happen.

When there is no wave, make one. According to Bruce, “To hell with circumstances; I create opportunities.”
I think it really boils down to making the most of what you’ve got, including your mind and body, pushing past your limits and following a path of continuous learning and growth.
Know the difference between a catastrophe and an inconvenience. To realize that it’s just an inconvenience, that it is not a catastrophe, but just an unpleasantness, is part of coming into your own, part of waking up.

If you respond to hate, the hate will never end.

There will always be problems so might as well focus on what’s not. Our days are happier when we give life a bit of our heart rather than a piece of our mind.

Grateful for nonesense

In middle school I found out this kid had a birthday the day right before mine & idk why but for like 7 or 8 years now, the only time I’ve ever messaged him was to wish him HBD and literally nothing else 💀 I have no idea what he’s even up to these days. In school? Left the country? CEO? Married? No idea.

Grateful he’s not tired of tradition till now either lmaoo

I’m very grateful to be alive

I’m writing this because I’ve been have a lot of acute panic attacks lately, it’s awful but there’s a quality to it I also feel grateful to experience.

I’m very grateful that I have a safe house to live in when it happens. Even when I’m scared and paranoid of something, I’m grateful to the things that are quietly supporting me and never ever disappear even when it feels like the floor disappeared out from under me. I’m grateful to have options on how to cope with it, as limited as my capacity might be to help much. I’m grateful for my mind body brain and emotions for having such a sophisticated system that’s this powerful to show me how alive I am and how much the stakes matter because it shows me I matter even when consciously, that’s the scariest part. I’m grateful to have a life where even when I panic, nothing physical changes. That the floor is still hard when I cry on it, that my breathing quickens the same every single time, that there is something ritualistic in the way my body reacts even if totally overwhelming. I’m also grateful that not EVERYTHING in the panic is the same. It’s not just “the same thought” it’s a new gradation of the same thought, and that’s really interesting to because this panic attack is less surprisingly than the last one, and it’s been slowly becoming a familiar way of learning how my mind works. Idk.

This is a weird gratitude to have, but I’m just grateful to be alive at all to feel it.

I’m so grateful for my friend! Since graduating, we’ve hung out at least once every week or so, and it’s become a really comfortable routine to have a late night walk together where we lament over how screwed we must be if we don’t get hired soon LMAO. But yes today before our regularly scheduled night time stroll, she brought me a warm vegetarian lasagna she made earlier! It was ofc delicious, but yeah it also made me feel so happy/grateful cuz tonight is a regular night like any other and that little act of love between us suddenly made life feel manageable again. It reminded me how much still goes right :)
