How to unlock modules?

I read the game's fandom page and saw it said i need to sell 8 galaxies to unlock module but it seems like i still haven't unlock it yet and this is my 10th galaxy, not counting the one that was sold at $429. Can someone help me here?

I recently left Discount Tire. Here's my mini collection of what I've seen throughout the months.

First pic was when a new coworker misaligned the wheel on balancer and somehow stayed intact to allow the r/absoluteunits of a request to balance the wheel.

Second pic is a customer's car is so rusted we dont wven know where to jack the car up initially.

Third pic is a quick screenshot of a video recorded by me about the tire has scoliosis.

And fourth pic is my coworker dismounted a tire and they found a whole knife stuck inside the tire. Needless to say the tire is unrepairable, but it has been the talk of the week whole week.
