What is the difference between community mental health and private practice?

Is comminity mental health any organization that has multiple therapists on staff? Or does it refer to something more specific than that?

Likewise, does the term "private practice" always refer to a therapist who works solo? Or can some organizations with multiple therapists be considered private practice?

Is Mickeys beer sold anywhere in Northern Virginia?

I know of at least a few Nothern Virginia grocery stores that used to carry Mickeys, but I haven't seen it in those particular stores over the last several years. I have seen it still carried in other parts of Virginia, like Richmond, but am wondering if it is currently carried by any stores at all in the NOVA area. Ideally somewhere not too far off from Fairfax City.

Why is Google's "data" page displaying so many open Chrome tabs?

I recently noticed on the following page -

https://chrome.google.com/data

- that I have 141 tabs "that are currently open in Chrome on one of your devices."

Aside from an old tablet that I never use, the only device I have is my Samsung S26. Neither device has more than one or two tabs open. I currently have no "inactive tabs" on either device.

I got a new phone earlier this year though and traded in my old phone, which I do know had many open tabs when I traded it in. I've also noticed that I can see a list of all the devices logged into my Google account by viewing this page:

https://myaccount.google.com/device-activity?continue=https%3A%2F%2Fmyaccount.google.com%2Fsecurity

That page is saying that I am still signed into my old phone that I traded in earlier this year. And that I am still signed into a family member's computer, which I know I am not signed into. I did sign into that computer earlier in the year but am certain that it has since been signed out of my account. So I do not understand why the device activity page is saying I'm still signed in.

The page says that the list is for devices that are either currently signed into my account or have been signed into my account within the past 28 days - but the old phone was traded in several months ago. And it's been well over 28 days since I signed out from that family member's computer.

When Google says that I have 141 tabs "currently open in Chrome", is it likely referring to the tabs that were still open on my old phone when I traded that phone in? Does that mean those tabs are technically still open on my old phone? Or on the family member's computer that I signed into several months ago? If I were to sign back into that computer again, would all of those tabs suddenly be open on their computer? How can I close those tabs?

How can I know which devices have open tabs for my Google account?

I recently noticed the following page:

https://chrome.google.com/data

It says that I have 141 tabs "that are currently open in Chrome on one of your devices."

I only have one device that I use and it only has a few tabs open. Is there a way to see what other devices apparently have open tabs for my Google account?

I got a new phone earlier this year and traded in my old phone, which I do know had many open tabs when I traded it in. Does the 141 open tabs simply mean that my tabs were never closed on my last phone? If so, I'm surprised that they are still displaying as open, since that device isn't logged into my account anymore!

**EDIT**: I realized that I can see all the devices logged into my Google account by viewing this page: https://myaccount.google.com/device-activity?continue=https%3A%2F%2Fmyaccount.google.com%2Fsecurity

It says that I am still signed into my old phone that I traded in earlier this year - which is very confusing! When an old phone gets reset during trade in, is it not signed out of the person's Google account?

It also says I am still signed into a family member's computer, which I know I am not signed into. I did sign into that computer earlier in the year but am certain that it has since been signed out of my account. So I do not understand why the device activity page is saying I'm still signed in.

Can anyone explain what is going on here?

How to disable Google Chrome from saving tabs on Android after I've closed them?

I have a Samsung S26. Whenever I use Chrome and have all my tab groups displayed, in the top center are two symbols - the lefthand symbol is a single square displaying the # of open tabs; the righthand symbol shows four squares. If I click on the symbol of four squares, I will see a list of countless tab groups I've opened throughout the past year. Most of these are tabs that I already closed and do not want anymore. It's annoying to have all the tabs I've closed within the past year still displaying whenever I open Chrome. How can I close all of these tabs and disable this feature?

I have asked this on several subreddits and still haven't gotten an answer, so hoping someone here might know!

Lost dog

Dog near the Market on 25th Street in East End. Doesn't seem to have a collar. Has been here for at least the last few hours. Not sure if it lives nearby or is lost? Seems relatively friendly.

How often do you see clients who have no meaningful social interaction outside of their family and therapy?

I have been wondering just how uncommon it is for therapists to work with clients who have essentially no social connections at all outside of family. People who have no friends, no co-workers (or very minimal interaction with co-workers), and either live alone or with family. Specifically wondering about clients who are single, not dating, and have no kids, so by family, I'm mainly referring to parents and siblings, maybe occasionally some other extended family like grandparents or cousins.

I'm assuming that it's probably quite rare to meet clients like this, but am curious if anyone here has a rough estimate for how often you do see them. Also curious if you see any common trends / tendencies among these sorts of clients.

Any general observations you feel comfortable sharing I'd be curious about, but two specific questions I have:

*Do these clients typically prefer being loners? Or do they typically want more social connections and simply struggle to form those connections?

*Do you find that these clients have any common struggles with the therapy process itself? For example, does the fact that you are the only non-family member that the client speaks to throughout the week effect how they engage with sessions? Do these clients typically struggle more than others in knowing how to initiate conversations during sessions?

Why did Instagram start showing suggested followers who I know IRL but who have no mutuals with me on Instagram?

The "suggested followers" on Instagram has typically shown me accounts that follow or are followed by accounts that I follow / am followed by. Sometimes other random accounts appear but these always seem to be totally random. All of a sudden, the "suggested follows" section started displaying a number of people who I vaguely know IRL - no one I follow on Instagram is following these people though, nor are these people following anyone I follow on Instagram.

I probably do have mutual friends with these people on Facebook, but I have never done anything to link my Facebook and Instagram accounts, and Instagram has never previously shown me suggested accounts based on my Facebook activity. I am not friends with these people myself on Facebook, and do not have these people saved as phone contacts.

My Instagram is private and does not use my full name, so there is very little chance that these people were suggested to me as a result of looking at my Instagram account.

Did something change with Instagram recently to make this happen? Has anyone else noticed this happen recently?

Question about Reba McEntire lyrics - "Silver Eagle"

I'm wondering what the song "Silver Eagle" by Reba McEntire is about. It seems like the "silver eagle" is a car, but is this a reference to something specific? I don't know a lot about cars, so am wondering if "silver eagle" is a type of car or if it's just a term that was made up for the song.

Update: Thanks everyone for explaining about the tour buses! Since this has gotten a lot of attention, I'm wondering if anyone could explain the fuller meaning of the song. I grasp that it's about someone (presumably a touring musician) looking for an escape out on the road, but am wondering about the opening line and the second verse.

I've seen the opening line transcribed online as:

"Luck can always change the state of your direction Leave you looking for another place to run There's no carrying the weight of your convictions You just live with what you've done"

This sounds right, but I'm wondering if "Luck" is an accurate transcription of the first word or if it's supposed to be "love". I can't quite tell from the recording.

The second verse is:

One more lost and lonely stranger by the highway Tell me that I'll never see his face again You're the only one that's ever going my way Don't you know the state I'm in

I'm wondering if anyone could share their perspective on this verse. It seems to me that the singer is referring to herself as "one more lost and lonely stranger by the highway" and that the face she never wants to see again is that of an ex lover. But I'm not entirely sure. The other possibility is that she's referring to seeing various lost and lonely souls while out on the highway, knowing that she'll never see any of those people again. But the "tell me" line makes me think she's referring to a specific person she wants to leave behind.

It's a little less clear to me who she's addressing in the following two lines. I'm guessing she's addressing the bus itself? Again, unless the whole second verse is about other lost and lonely souls out on the highway - people who are the only ones "ever going her way" and whose faces she'll never see again. But I'm guessing she's referring to the bus itself as the "only one ever going [her] way".

Is it a problem that I kinda know one of my therapist's colleagues?

I started sessions with a new therapist this year and have really enjoyed working with her. In fact, I've had several therapists over the years, and she's the first therapist I've ever felt truly comfortable talking to.

She works for a center that has several therapists on staff. And the center has multiple locations throughout our state. I only just found out this week that one of the locations about an hour away from us has a therapist on staff who I have a loose social connection to. That therapist is not someone who I know very well and have only ever met a couple times, but I knew her husband very well growing up.

I have not seen her or her husband in several years and mostly know her husband through other members of my family. Until now, I did not even realize that this guy's wife is a therapist, much less that she works for the same center as my therapist.

When I first discovered this connection, I considered it a cool coincidence that would be fun to tell my therapist about. One of the things I'm working on in therapy is exteme social isolation, and so it's surreal to discover that I have such a close social connection with someone who is married to one of my therapist's colleagues. But I'm worried that my therapist might feel uncomfortable with the connection.

Because my childhood friend's wife is at a different location from my therapist, I assume that they do not know each other very well, if at all. And even if they do know each other well, I can't imagine a scenario where the connection would ever result in my therapist and I crossing paths outside of our sessions. I do fully expect to see my childhood friend and his wife again occasionally - but not on any kind of regular basis. They live about an hour away, and like I said, it's been years since I last saw them.

Is this something that would pose a problem for my therapist? I'd be extremely disappointed if she would feel the need to refer me out because of this. I'm on Medicaid, and it has not been easy to find a good therapist. But I do want to be respectful of not putting my therapist in an uncomfortable position. We are essentially the same age, and I have never had a therapist who is a peer before, so I am wanting to make sure I am extra mindful of not accidentally crossing any social boundaries.

Is there a way to make Spotify play podcasts oldest to newest?

When I play a podcast on Spotify, once an episode ends, it will automatically start playing the previous episode rather than the next episode. This is even though I have the episode order sorted "oldest to newest". Is there any way to have Spotify play the next episode rather than the previous one?

Lyrics help - MC Hammer

The song "It's Gone" by MC Hammer is missing some lyrics on Genius (see here). I've been trying my best to fill them out, but there's two lines that have me stumped.

The first line comes right around the 1:30 mark and is currently transcribed as:

*Satisfaction and attraction, that was our tune
[?] I felt whenever you were near me (Word)

And your games, it didn't scare me*

The second line comes right after the 2:10 mark and is currently transcribed as:

*Now you see, the thrill is gone [?] guy Who would hold you and squeeze you when you would cry*

Can anyone make out the correct lyrics for those two [?] sections?

There's also an outro for the song which is still mostly untranscribed, but that part of the track isn't included in the version of the song from the album *Let's Get It Started* and is only included on the earlier, less-available album *Feel My Power*. If anyone can transcribe the outro, that would be great, but I'm mostly focused on the *Let's Get It Started* version of the track.

Is there a way to see all reports I've filed across all Google products?

I've noticed that these two pages show the history of any reports I've filed about Google search results or YouTube videos:

https://reportcontent.google.com/dashboard?product=1

https://www.youtube.com/reporthistory

But I also noticed this page -

https://support.google.com/legal/troubleshooter/1114905#ts=1115658

That page shows that when filing a report to Google, there are tons of different options for specific Google products to file reports about. Do each of these products have their own separate pages displaying any reports I may have filed? Is there a page that would display in one place every report I've ever filed about any Google product?
