So I was booting up 007 First Light when suddenly the laptop and external display went black. Now the laptop won't display an image. I tried turning the laptop off and on by pressing and holding the power button, but it's still the same. The external keyboard light goes off if I don't press a key. That didn't happen before.

Really amazing game; the atmosphere and the dialogues were excellent, but I didn't like the ending :(

It's been almost three years. Not one order has been delivered to me. The delivery boy cancels my order, saying "rejected by me," but I didn't even get a single call from him. I've raised numerous complaints, but they still haven't been resolved. Every customer support representative says the same thing: "This will never happen again. We have escalated the issue. We have marked this as a high-priority order," etc. Now I'm tired of complaining again and again.

Sorry if this is a dumb question but I bought this iPod for music and I've put some unreleased songs on it, but they're showing up like this on the album tab, which is making it hard for me to find the actual albums. Does anyone know if this is fixable?
