I’d love to hear opinions on which you’d prefer as a watch that would get a lot of wrist time. I love sports watches that lean dressy and prefer dials with Arabic numerals. I just love the dial of both here and the slimness of the Nomos but don’t love that it’s such a highly polished scratch magnet. Thoughts?

I know pictures can only tell so much but do you see any obvious signs of fakery or problems? Being sold for a reasonable price on eBay from a seller with 100% and 1000+ reviews. I would really like a vintage Longines with this dial layout - would be a near-daily wear for me (poor Seiko might take a back seat). I used AI to generate this image. I just bought (Ebay) this vintage Tellus (Cortebert 677 movement) and it has yet to arrive. I don't have a strap for it (18 mm) so I've been using AI to create images of straps. I combined an image of this unlined natural Horween cordovan strap from The House of Straps with the Ebay image. I definitely would like to go with cordovan but would love to get opinions as to whether burgandy or dark brown (Color 8) might be better suited.

My first vintage watch! An eBay find which was likely a bit risky but I think I lucked out - it’s perfect! Lovely Champagne dial and movement in great working order. Any tips to keep this going for another hundred years would be appreciated- I’m very new to this.

I absolutely love and prefer manual wind watches. I want to like this watch but just cannot see that trendy Robin’s blue/Tiffany blue as anything but awful. It seemed like Oris put so much into this movement that I cannot fathom why there’s been no new releases in other colored dials. Anyone have any guesses?

Just added this Long Island bracelet. I love this watch so much and I love steel bracelets but not sure it works here…may just go back to leather. Would love some honest feedback.

I love anything retro and art deco. Looking at the Alpina Heritage Carrée Automatic and the Longines Evidenza for daily office wear (4-5 days week). Would love to hear your thoughts of which you’d prefer and why (versatility, legibility, style, brand)? Thanks
