Hi! Recently had a haircut with a colleague’s son who just finished his apprenticeship at a local salon. Did a great job as I have long thick hair - a trim, and added some layers, then a very nice blowout. It took just over 2 hours tho! Cost was $90 and I tipped $20, just a little over 20%. Wondering if that was enough considering I know his mom, plus how much time was spent. Thoughts?

19 yo daughter is authorized user on my credit card, but wants to build her own credit. I have a high balance on my card which is bringing down her score (although I always pay in full, never late). I guess she benefits from the age and payment history of my card, but the high balance hurts her score. What are the ramifications of removing her as an authorized user? She has no immediate credit needs, so how should we time removing her, and her applying for her own CC? Thanks.
