This is the first Casio watch I got addicted into, but finding this in stock is rare as finding casio duro. I got other casio watches which was 2nd interested than this, which are casio royale aka casio AE1200 metal strap version, casio AE1500, and when I found this in stock bought it straight away.. it's more and more beautiful in in-hand.
Price was something around 2.3k.
Let's test our Game of Thrones memory. Comment a dialogue, others have to guess who said it (and to whom).
Rules:
Comment any dialogue from Game of Thrones.
Others have to guess who said it and who it was said to (or if it was a monologue).
Bonus points if you remember the episode or scene.
Once someone guesses correctly, post another quote and keep it going.
I'll start in the comments.
Do these loafers look sleek or like they borrowed a square toe from a box? What do you think?
I want a black loafer for trousers and midi skirts.
The longer square toe looks elegant from the side, but from above it seems much wider than the rest of the shoe. I cannot tell whether that makes it modern or just visually heavy.
Would a softer almond toe be more versatile, or does the square shape work once it is actually on the foot?
What actually deserves a place in a tiny emergency pouch?
I made one of those “girl emergency kits” and somehow turned a six-inch pouch into a second bathroom cabinet.
The things I have genuinely used are a hair tie, bandage, stain wipe, pain reliever, safety pin, and one period product. Everything else has been carried around for months without earning its rent.
What is the one small item in your bag that has saved a day often enough to deserve permanent space? I am trying to build a realistic pouch, not prepare for every possible disaster.
Recent update got some additional support to live alert
so the recent SOTA update has changelog if phone manager and system stability, other than that, i got more apps support in live alert, the news ones are dstrict, rapido, phone(google),github and actually devices do support live alert before, which when I connect to my laptop with o+ connect, but not for any other devices such as tws, but currently it does. don't know what is about AI text services in the live alert, haven't seen any feature regarding that, still exploring. will post if I found any other.
Bigger screen, louder opinions basically
The sign said bigger screen, louder dreams. By the second half it was definitely louder opinions.
Saw a new heytea opening at Valley Fair, what should I order first?
I noticed a new bubble tea shop called heytea at Valley Fair and asked one of the staff when they officially open. They said July 31, but it looks like they’re already doing a soft opening with a few promotions, including a laptop bag giveaway.I was in a hurry, so I didn’t get a chance to try anything. I’ve never had heytea before, what would you recommend for a first order?
Two planters or one? My brain keeps turning this into a hotel entrance
I have a dark corner beside two patio steps and thought matching planters might make the entrance feel more intentional. Now I cannot unsee a tiny hotel driveway every time I picture one on each side.
Would you use a pair for balance, or put one on the darker side and let the other side stay less symmetrical?
Well i bought the bank 😁🔥

Is there actually a “right age” to buy a house, or is it completely dependent on financial situation?
To own house, I have worked for 7 years and invested in funds stocks, and bсgаme. Now I finally have enough deposit for a mortgage with 15% down payment on a house in Miami near Brickell. But concepts change over time, tbh I'm not sure if I can deal with property taxes, high HOA fees, and hurricane insurance for the rest of my life. You know, there will be unexpected events, like treatment costs that are not covered by insurance.
I’m not even sure if buying now is better than just continuing to rent and keeping my money flexible.
Am I overthinking this, or is there actually a “right age” to buy a house, or is it completely dependent on financial situation?
I moved the sofa for the World Cup and now nobody is allowed to touch it
The viewing angle is finally right, the snacks have a designated table, and one seat has somehow become the lucky seat after two wins.
At this point my living room is less of a living room and more of a very small, badly managed fan zone. The setup is not fancy, but changing anything before the Final feels like tempting fate.
Please tell me other people also develop completely irrational house rules during tournaments.
Is it worth it to buy iOS app installs?
I’m an indie developer. I just launched an app, and i’m not getting any downloads at all. I already tried running google and meta ads i’m getting about 200 clicks but 10+ downloads. I’m losing my mind after trying so hard to get it up.
So i started searching for other ways to buy installs for iOS app and then i got some sites which provides such services but i was still unsure if i should use them. So i started reading various forums and threads and it all just made me more confused.
Now i’m in two minds, one says i should not do this as it’ll get my account banned, but on the other hand i want to test and see what happens. I’m really tired now. So if any of you have previously bought iOS app installs, please let me know your experience. Thanks
Two years with a Kindle Paperwhite Signature Edition: the purchase I would replace immediately
I bought a Kindle Paperwhite Signature Edition two years ago after months of insisting that reading on my phone was good enough. I ordered it after a late-night bcggame session, which was not the most sensible way to make a purchase, so I expected to regret it.
Instead, I have used it almost every night. The battery still lasts for weeks, the screen is easier for me to read than a phone, and the device has held up well in a basic case with no repairs.
It is not literally indestructible, but it has earned its place as one of the few electronics I would replace immediately if it failed. What ordinary purchase has proved more useful or durable than you expected?
Are Android and iOS widgets pretty much the same content-wise, or is there a lot more for iOS?
I know UI-wise iOS is far better, but I'm asking about content-wise and feature-wise. Is there a big difference or are they basically the same thing?
