Suppose I create two machine learning models suppose tree and neural network for a task let's suppose regression problem, now suppose I am sending both of this paper to two different journals, now the thing is the baseline models I need to only run once because I have reported same baseline in both papers, so the RMSE tables looks exactly same except the proposed model, does it lead to any problems like palgiarism??

I’m writing this because I'm genuinely worried about the state of the Kameng Hostel building. If you take a close look, the building is visibly tilted.With the recent structural collapse incident at Shanti Niketan in Delhi, we really shouldn't be ignoring this. There is absolutely no way this building survives a decent earthquake, and we live in a seismically active zone.Are we seriously going to wait until a tragedy happens and people get hurt before anything is done? Or should we start raising our voices together now to get the administration or authorities to fix this?What’s the best way for us to escalate this and demand a structural safety audit?

I have submitted a paper to acml 2026 journal track, the official date of release of review is 27 August, but I have not heard anything from them, if anyone received the review then let me know I will write to program chairs.
