Is it worth it to use Delivrd for 2026 ES 350h?

I'm just curious to see if it's worth it to use Delivrd service for the upcoming 2026 ES 350h. I am thinking cause this car just released there will be no discount available for the vehicle. I was planning to get a Camry but man those guys are assholes in my area. I would appreciate it if people with more car buying knowledge can weight on this. Also, will Costco Auto Program be worth getting for the discounted price? Thanks in advance!

Need help/tip for Toyota

Hi guys,

I need advice on what is a good price for a 26 Camry xse fully loaded. I been seeing people being able to get it for 38k on reddit but the lowest I am getting over the phone is 44k... I live in DFW and really tired of getting raped by these dealers. I had one told me over the phone that I can get it for that price and when I went there they said nope. They then try to sell a lesser car for the same price and after they wasted 1.5 hours of my life they wouldn't even let me take the buy order sheet with me. Saying it's against the store policy... any advice would be appreciated and if anyone can give me a target that I need to aim please let me know.

Need advice on salvaged titled camry

Hi guys,

Looking for some advice as i am currently in the market for a car. I been looking at the market and have narrowed down to 3 camry to purchase from. First, one is a full option 26 xse with 8k off msrp (est. 37 to 38k OTD). Second, 24 cmary xse with 40k miles for $25k, and last one is salvaged titled 24 XLE with 11k miles currently listed for 20k, but I think i am able to negotiate it down by 25%. I am planning to drive whichever vehicle I buy to the ground, so if I can get the salvaged titled camry to closer to 15 to 16k, will it be worth it? FYI, I am definitely going to take it to prepurchase inspection, and from the picture, the car had all its damage from the back before the accident, and now from the video looks brand new. Anything else should I look out for and what price will it be a good deal for me to pull the trigger. Thanks in advance!

I need advice on buying a used camry.

Hey guys,

I am currently in the market to buy a car and prefer to go with a pre-owned Camry. I haven't had the need for a car for almost 7 years due to living in NYC, but I recently relocated to Dallas for work and am now looking to buy one. I used to drive a Camry while in college and would like to get another one, but I'm debating how to go about the process.

I am a complete novice when it comes to buying a vehicle. I have been searching online and am now debating between CarMax or a dealership. From y'all's experience, is it wise to just go and buy it from CarMax, or should I search around individual Toyota dealerships to find the right car? I am also currently doing FIRE as my retirement plan, so I'm not trying to spend as little money on a vehicle. I have about $6.5k as a down payment and am looking to buy a car somewhere around $23k.

I know you can get a lower OTD price at a dealership, but I don't see a lot of pre-owned models around the area where I live. Would a 2024 model with around 30k–50k miles for $23k at CarMax be a good deal, or should I take some time and search for a better deal at a dealership? Also, what is a good interest rate for a car loan now? I have a decent credit score but was thinking about getting a preauthorized loan from a bank before going to pick up a car.

Should I go for a new Camry? Looking at the MRSP and the used models are pretty much the brand new price. Thanks in advance!

Thanks for y'all's help!

Anyone else developing an accent as you get older?

So I am in my mid 30s and immigrated to the US at age 7. Lived in the States ever since but in the last 5 years or so I started to notice an accent. I first started to be aware of it when my childhood friends would make note of that I start to sound more Asian. To note, I grew up and forgot most of my native language and had to relearn it in college. Anyone else have this issue?

How to tell my roommate to layer up?

Just wanted to see how everyone deal with roommate who keeps saying it's cold in the apartment. I live in TX and the house is currently set to 74 and it has been slowly getting set higher (we agreed on 72). I get easily hot and originally had the apartment set to 68 but my new roommate was changing the temperature to 75. So, I asked if it was ok to compromise to 72 because it's too hot and the summer is around the corner. Well he starts to change the temperature over and over again and now it's set to 74. FYI, he just wears his boxer and a white shirt around the house while complaining that it's too cold... Today he mentions how it was too hot outside and I noticed the temperature is set to 74 again while I am sweating my ass off. My mind is telling me if you are cold just layer up and close the vent in your room but idk.
