We are fitting out a house for my father about 150 yards from our own. Would like to keep him on our own Unifi network. It’s not line of sight, though - there’s another (not brick or stone) house and a few trees in the way. What’s the best tech to use at each end to transmit/receive? Thx!
Do NOT attempt to adopt a U5G Backup if you are running network application v10.5.67. It may go into a continuous update loop without ever finishing the update. If you do find yourself in this unfortunate situation, revert the network application back to 10.4.57, reset the U5G to factory, and try again. Doing this worked for me :)

I went to both Penn and Drexel and so lived in West Philly for years where the original Koch’s is located. Having a second one open less than a mile from my house feels like getting an apology letter from the IRS with a check refunding the last ten years of your taxes.
