Has anyone been able to solve the issue for rfid being stuck on 2/2 psk?

As my title suggests I’m having issues with my flippers rfid reader being stuck on 2/2 psk. I have tried all of the troubleshooting steps even going as far as disassembling and reconnecting all of the connections. Has anyone been able to solve this issue?
