So it looks like the pattern for my utilities corporation is a 2-billing-cycle shutoff and each billing cycle is bi-monthly. So every other month is a billing cycle then, after two billing cycles, they shut off the power. That means I’ll be filing a new lawsuit approximately every 4-5 months. I’ve got an old Lutron dimmer I am trying to replace but the wiring makes no sense to me. There are 3 switches controlling 2 lights above my fireplace. This dimmer is in the middle (in the room layout). All 3 switches seem to be wired as 3-way which I didn’t think was possible. It behaves very strangely in that the switches don’t all independently control the lights. You have to find the right sequence of one switch on or off so that the other switches then work. The dimmer doesn’t have a sticker with a model number, so I am at a loss. I’ve included a drawing of what wires come into each box and how they attach to the respective switches.

I’m replacing switches and have this very old Lutron dimmer. The wiring doesn’t make much sense as it’s in a chain of 3 switches. I don’t know what wires are what on the dimmer. I assume black is common. But again, it being a 3-way in a chain with 2 other 3-way switches is confusing.

The real estate agent she is pissed at, has apparently blocked her as her name is no longer a link in the post like it was yesterday. Bitch has FORTY EIGHT pictures in her post, and the majority are the same images she puts in every post. The comments are really just her posting even more of the same pics she’s shared dozens of times. I’m tempted to contact the Tarrant County police and report these threats as I do think she is escalating.

And of course it will not be free. I included a couple of comments challenging him. His answers are pretty bad and show he either doesn’t care to address them or cannot address them.

And this might be my biggest issue with him. He talks about nothing he says is his opinion, it’s all provable fact. Yet even something so easy to Google will escape him.

She recently shared a few FB memories from 2025 and this is the least wild of the ones I read.

I find it interesting that the only "win" he lists on his website is for his pal Joey Kimbrough on a case he had nothing to do with, involving improper credit reporting, which BJW doesn't even talk about.
