Trying to understand this because My Hyacine and DHPT are already taken and I wonder if I should just slot Huohuo or something instead of trying to make Welt here work.
Basically what the title says, I have Silver Wolf Lv999 because I love her a lot, but she's kind of a brick right now since I don't have Yao Guang or Sparxie, I know Yao Guang will rerun again sometimes but I don't know when, and I wonder if I should bite the bullet and ignore her and pull for Himeko Nova for my final team instead.
I hit 9 Night Demigod at 3-1, only survived with the skin of my teeth cause I picked Ace in The Hole and died twice, had to sell the board for Cyrene at the end. Luckily I got her and won but like, wow this it's not even fun anymore it's just kinda bs.
A common complaint I've heard about Amphoreus patch cycles, both back when it was ongoing and now, was that the average story in the patch was too long, and that no one really wants to "hear all that yapping". But personally I couldn't disagree more, and I don't get this complaint. If Lygus, Sunday, etc. didn't "yap" as much I don't think their ideals and motivations would've been as coherent or impactful. If the worldbuilding of Amphoreus with 3.0 to 3.3 wasn't as fleshed out I don't think 3.4 and onwards would've mattered nearly as much. I have been enjoying Planarcadia a lot, but it doesn't feel as well written or through as Amphoreus was because it's much shorter which, I know that's not Hoyo's fault but rather the China and Japan conflicts forcing them to cut a lot, but the cut content really makes itself obvious and the shorter story cycles really feels worse.
The way I view it is that ultimately we are engaging with art on it's own terms here, and obviously that art isn't always good all the time to everyone, but it is still what the writers are putting out on their own terms. So I don't get why everyone wanted shorter stories back when Amphoreus was running, I suppose one argument I can see is that the game is ultimately a gacha game with limited time rewards in the events that takes place after the stories, and that sucks but I think what we have as a writing package should not be compromised with that in mind.
Since he functions practically in everything I was wondering if I should invest in the FuA team or Acheron team, or even the Castorice team.

Just something I noticed. I know the general public opinion of borderlands as a series is very divided, but I always felt like it should have more art and fandom activities.
I have no idea why this is but it's pretty funny. Checked the integrity of files and it's still there haha.
This was extremely sub par too. I was level 10 with 9 characters on board and gave silver wolf the wrong buff too.
I still go around in An Eternal Page from time to time, and of course these two are always together.

Title basically. I don't get it at all. The same courtesy isn't really extended to Cyrene either and I'm not trying to imply she deserves it too she really doesn't but I don't get why Phainon discussions always boils to that.
