I built AthleteLab to help serious fitness users stop losing their progress data across five different apps.

It connects workout tracking, nutrition tracking, and progress analytics into one place, then uses Lab Insights to turn all that logged data into coach-style summaries and a clear next action — instead of just charts you have to interpret yourself.

Built AthleteLab : workout + nutrition tracking with a recommendation engine that uses both together instead of just one. It's Android-first, not live yet, currently pushing to grow the waitlist before launch.

Sharing the real numbers because I think it's more useful than a highlight reel: 2 waitlist signups so far, ~2% landing page conversion from my first traffic push, currently fixing that. If anyone's been through early waitlist growth I'd take any advice — and if you want to check out the product:

been building a fitness app solo (AthleteLab) and finally got the waitlist page up. posted it around, got 82 visitors... only 2 signups. under 2%, kind of rough

dug into posthog and realized most of that traffic was from reddit comments in random help threads, not people actually looking for a fitness app. also found some dumb stuff on my own page — generic headline, and my best demo video was hidden behind a click nobody made

fixed the page, now trying to actually post in the right places instead of just dropping links wherever. anyone dealt with this before?

hey everyone so i built a mobile app in the health and fitness domain , it looks and works well and now im STUCK on how to market the app and get my product visible to people.

I really need advice on how to market it organically since im still a student and very broke, deja l app is to help me financially.

one of the major issues is that i want to target richer countries that have a higher chance to buy a subcription , so i cant just print out flyers or show it to local gyms.
