I fell for the “we are providing lunch there is no need to bring food“ LIES!! The food was gone by the time we arrived. I work in manufacturing so I can’t leave until someone relives me. Me and at least 10 other people were hungry

I saw a local facebook listing for a 55 inch sony a80j for $200. The listing also had screen hours at 800 hours. Assuming it doesn’t have horrible burn in is it worth it?
I can’t cancel it on my end via oracle. I’ll need to email our HR team to have them do it for me. My fear is I’ll lose those hours.
long story short ,my current manager was on extended medical leave. His boss took on all the responsibilitie including vacation approvals. I had my vacation already approve. My boss told me I cannot take it because of staffing issues. I will need to email HR and let them cancel my already approved vacation time. This is beyond frustrating its not my fault we aren’t properly staffed

I needed some energy gels before my long run. I go into target and immediately a weirdo turn around his shopping cart. He made a creepy comment about my butt. I ignore him and made my way to get my energy gels. A second guy stands maybe a foot away from me, he also said something. I got what I needed and left. /endrant
I was hitting on my coworker, I know that’s bad but I ignored all the red flags. I come into work and people were telling me how I was flirting with this person. Apparently they showed our texts messages and Facebook chats. I am still in shock multiple people know about it.
I follow my cities “bad drivers of Townsville” page. Everyday someone comments “ I would’ve followed them and gave them a piece of my mind” like do these people understand how dangerous that is? Even if you are armed yourself you don’t know what someone is going through.
