I have a few semi older but well taken care of graphic tees and as of last wash the paint flecked all over the place. Is there any sealant or process that could preserve them for future use?

Ok so my nephew has this wooden bed next door that constantly makes noise when he's in it. The bad taps the wood on the wall (it's the same on both ends). I've tried shoving things in between but they all eventually fall. There is a large hollow part behind the back board which makes it harder to stuff something since it's not just flat solid wood. Any tips or advice (can't glue or do anything permanent since it's his bed) to muffle this or block the movement between the 2 spots would be grateful.
So this was a none story game that I played as a kid so 90s or early 00s as I was born in 89. It was mainly about a cartoon looking dog interacting with stuff you'd click. There was aliens in one area. Several areas you could go to existed. He would bark when clicking him or stuff not that words. Maybe white or brown. Very repetitive but I loved it.
