Peptides

Hey all! Has anyone tried peptides for hashi?

I’m currently on armour thyroid 120mg - switched from levo 150mcg. Have to retest end of this month to check levels.

Here is my current peptide stack::

NAD+ 20mg daily
Glutathione 100mg 5x week
GLOW70 2.33mg daily (for 5 weeks)
Tirzepatide 9mg once a week

I have been doing a lot of research and from what I’m learning there’s a lot of promise with Thymosin Alpha 1, KPV, and SS-31 when it comes to Hashimoto’s thyroiditis.
There is also a lot of promise with BPC-157 and TB-500 which are both in my GLOW70 peptide.

Curious if anyone else is familiar with these peptides, or better yet, if anyone here has experience with any of them!!

Days away from goal

Hey guys! So I’m 1.7 pounds from my goal weight, and currently on 9mg of tirz every Friday.

Can anyone suggest how to proceed with tomorrow’s injection? Should I go down to 7.5, or stay at 9 for a few more weeks? Thinking 7.5 is the right decision and slowly decrease from there.

I don’t want to rush getting to a microdose, but I also don’t want to fall below my goal if it can be avoided for the most part.

Thank you!!!
Happy Tirzing 🙌🏼🫶🏼

Follow up to my “NAD+ and cancer” post…

Just out of curiosity… how many people here have been successfully using NAD+ injections- even though you have a family history of any type of cancer- even just one family member?

NAD+ and cancer- or family history of cancer

This topic is driving me insane. For the past week, I have been going down the rabbit hole of trying to find some sort of evidence that NAD+ should be avoided by folks with a “possible” family history of certain types of cancer, and it’s really very interesting everything that I am learning.

Soooo many articles say that it *could* “theoretically” increase the likelihood of cancer in someone who may possibly maybe have genetic mutations or predisposition because of a family history of certain types of cancers.

HOWEVER- there is literally NO documented evidence of anyone anywhere developing cancer because of NAD+ injections.

Furthermore- get this- NAD+ is in fact, used for individuals with ACTIVE cancer, in an effort to build the bodies immune defenses against cancer.

AND- furthermore… it’s also used in folks who have a personal history of cancer.

Please can someone somewhere help me make sense of why some articles suggest not using NAD+ injections if you have a family history of cancer??

GLOW dreams

Literally just getting started and these dreams are great 😆
This morning I was robbed blind and I was pissed (of course)- then I woke up so relieved it was just a GLOW dream lol

Haven’t remembered my dreams for years- except when the thyroid is acting up- so it’s cool to experience that again!

Run down

Feeling run down last few weeks.. still have a few weeks left in current proRX vial with no adds- but seriously considering cracking a new vial with one of the b vitamin adds..

Suggestions on which b vitamin to go with?

For those who don’t know- I recently started NAD+. Injected for two days then found out that cancer likely runs on moms side of the family, so I was directed to stop for now.

Sooo I just ordered glutathione, as I’ve been told by many that they feel much better after adding that to their routine.

Also- looking to add GLOW to my routine asap- but not sure if I should add GLOW first, or glutathione.

Anyone have experience with stacking all 3– tirz, gluta, and GLOW?

NAD+

So I just started NAD yesterday. I was so excited for this..

But, just got a phone call today that my Uncle (mom’s brother) is in the hospital and docs found aggressive cancer in liver and lung.

Mom died of leiomyosarcoma in 2015..

Looking like due to my family history I now should stop NAD immediately according to pcp who messaged me back literally minutes after I reached out.

Just be careful out here guys! I know with a family history of cancer this is something to be cautious of when it comes to NAD+..

NAD+

Starting tomorrow morning finally. This lack of energy is rough when trying to clean 2-4 houses, 6 days a week lol

Brello prescribed 20mg daily. Curious if others started off daily then were able to do less frequently. Not the biggest fan of pinning 7 days a week but I’m anxious to start feeling a little better for sure.

GLOW

Starting in 2-3 weeks.

10 weeks in on Tirz tomorrow
Saturday morning will begin NAD+.

Once I know I tolerate these two together, then I will add GLOW.

Any advice- how much BAC? How often to pin? How long should I use GLOW before taking a break?

Thanks!!

NSV

After being dx with Hashimotos hypothyroidism I noticed over the last few years that my sneakers were always feeling snug and I had to go up 1-1.5 sizes just to be comfortable.

Well my sneakers are finally loose on me as of the last maybe 2 weeks!! Inflammation going down!! Yay!

Honestly I have been super happy with Gimme.
Started back in April and I’m down 24 lbs-

I’ve had nothing BUT positive experiences- from start to finish, I’ve gotten my meds in just under a weeks time frame- sooo yeah I’ll continue being a loyal supporter of Gimme through and through!!

24 lbs total down so far!!

Armour Thyroid… from Levo..

Man what a weird change.. started tirz in mid April.. since then my thyroid has been consistently improving..

I was on levo from 2022 till last Thursday.
Started armour on Saturday.

Heart racing is making me insane.. I keep reading mixed things- either this is serious talk to doc right away, or, this is a known side effect and my body just needs to build up.

Went from 150mcg levo (slightly over medicated) to 120mg armour.

Anyone else similar experience can offer advice?

I decided that instead of taking it full dose in AM, I’m splitting it starting tomorrow.

Gimme credit?

I keep seeing comments over the last few weeks about how gimme has given some people $50 credit for sharing positive reviews?

Since starting my journey in April I’ve posted a few positive reviews about them, but I knew nothing about this until recently.

That said, I decided to email their support team with screenshots of my reviews- and requested my fair share of this $50 credit 😂.

They emailed me back and asked for proof of this “$50 review credit” by asking me to screenshot wherever I saw this info lol

Help guys!!

NAD+

I’ve posted about this before but I’m ready to give it a shot- if anyone has advice on the best telehealth to go through please feel free to send me a link 🔗 😉

I’m very familiar with most of the “bigger” companies out here, so if I had to choose myself (without others “referring” me) I’d probably start with Gimme or Brello just to name a few that come to mind. I know Brello is like $239/3 months which sounds great, but if you have a cheaper option lmk- as long as it’s legit.

Thanks!!

EDIT- Brello approved- Southend sent to pharmacy. Praying for noticeable results 🫶🏼🙏🏼
Thank you everyone!!
