Can someone possibly give me an advice? I am not quite sure. I understand what she meant by pending and looking at the screenshot that she sent it looks like my claim isn’t appearing on their system for reference I submitted my claim on August 12 is there a really awaiting period for it to be approved or for it to show under end?

Hello. I have a package coming from Japan Post. Unfortunately the seller put my old address. And it’s too late to change the address since it has left Japan already. What is the best option for me? TIA
