Presenting Your Plan to A Broker and Landlord

Hope all of you are doing well.

I’m not trying to sell anything! Haha.

Just wanted to ask when you present your plan to the broker to pass down to potential landlords, what are things you ask & negioate, what are hard no-gos, what have you’ve missed and now know the knowledge of and recommend to look out for?

Anything would help!

Personal Trainers at gyms

Trainers,

I’m not selling anything! Just genuinely asking!

From your personal experience, which model do you prefer when working at a gym or what would you recommend?

Did you prefer paying monthly rent, a percentage of your sessions, or being an employee?

What incentives or benefits actually mattered to you (free membership, marketing, education, flexible scheduling, higher commission, etc.)?

Hiring trainers at your gym

Hey!

I hope everybody is doing well!

As the title indicates, how do you hire your trainers at your gym and what is the best results you’ve seen in your experience?

I’m not selling anything just genuinely curious!

Do your trainers pay monthly rent, a percentage of their revenue, or nothing at all?

Are they employees or independent contractors?

Do you have different trainer levels (new, senior, elite, etc.) with different benefits?

Which model has been the most profitable for the gym while still attracting great trainers?

Emirates or Qatar Business?

Hey!

Hope all of you are doing well! I usually always fly Emirates but I’m going on vacation from mid July to mid August. Heading to Vietnam , finishing in Japan then heading back to the Middle East (military contractor)

I’m planning to get my whole ribs, stomach and my right leg tattooed haha. So on the way back would business class in Emirates or Q Suite in Qatar be better? Especially for my tattoos and relaxation ?

Saudi Airport Recommendation

I hope all of you are doing well.

I know everything going on in the world is unexpected, out of our control and nothing we can do about it.

That being said, from everybody’s experience or observation so far, which Saudi airport that Emirates flies out of, have the least cancellations so far ?

Jeddah, Riyadh or Dammam? Going back home to Cali

I appreciate it any helpful insight!

Previous VA Claim Documentation

Good morning,

Hope you’re all doing well. I’m asking for my friend since he’s not on Reddit. I believe I know the answer but just to double check.

His new doctor wants his past VA documentation that he’s already service connected for, 40% combined, since he’s filing for more stuff but the doctor wanted to see all that information from years ago (x rays, reports, etc) just to compare; evaluate, etc.

If I’m correct, he can’t access those files unless he has a VSO or attorney correct representing him ? Aside from requesting a his C-File which can even take a year to sometimes receive.

Thanks for your help in advanced!
