Looking to get my rack rebuilt or swap for OE re-man. 1993 Corona. Any trustworthy shops to recommend?

Am self building and looking for a builder in Auckland who is ok getting paid to have a beer and nit-pick my legal non consented design. Standard timber frame etc and recycled doors + glazing, tin roof, tin and / or ply & batten clad.

I'd want to do something like:

Pre phone call to cover what is being prepped.

Meet to go over design.

Post email (or whatever is appropriate) to check changes.
