Hi, everyone. Just wanna get this off my chest lang (posted this also sa ibang subreddit) but I’m losing confidence and I feel anxious sa new work ko. So, I have 5 years experience na as accounting staff but mostly bookkeeping , AP, ang Payroll and 1 year of experience sa tax filling (assist2). I am earning minimum wage so I decided to look for a higher salary and good benefits, thankfully, pumasa/na-hire naman but nabobother kasi ako kasi when I had my final interview sa Manager eh I was not doing good parang di ko naexplain ng maayos yung mga answers ko so after that interview I really thought na di ako makukuha since un nga pangit ung mga answers ko.
After 2 weeks they emailed me a job offer so I was really happy since gusto ko na talaga umalis dito sa job ko ngayon and above minimum wage pa. I accepted it and just 2 days ako pumunta ako sa office for a little orientation tapos sabay ko yung isa kong kasama na new hire din (almost a year working na rin) then after non we exchange socials tas I saw na may Latin honor pala sya. I cannot help but feel small kasi dalawa pa lang kaming juniors and even though may years of experience na ako parang kulang pa ba, I feel mas magaling sya sa akin (I know I shouldn’t compare pero nag-ooverthink kasi ako). So yun lang, next week na ako magsstart sa new work ko but I’m afraid huhu plus we have multiple clients pa daw na iccater. Gusto ko rin naman umalis sa comfort zone ko pero mahirap kasi pag di confident sa sarili and di ma express ng maayos ang thoughts. Thank you for reading.

Our company has 5 days VL & 5 days SL but sabi ng workmate ko is pro-rated daw ung leave ko from January to May so 5 months. Ask ko lang if ganito ba talaga? I already used 1.5 VL & 3 SL pero since pro-rated nga 2.08 lang ang bayad ako the difference is idededuct sa final pay ko. Is this correct po? Akala ko kasi separate ung pag pro-rate sa SL & VL like 2.08 each sya.

Basically, I earn minimum wage but yung difference is allowance na pero di sya reflected sa 2316. Di po ba red flag ito sa kanila? I already signed the JO and May contract na din na napirmahan. I’m anxious lang baka tanongin ako nila regarding my answer during the interview. Thank you.
