Hello, everyone. So, my last day of duty sa current company ko is May 30,2026. Our company has 5 days VL & 5 days SL but sabi ng workmate ko is pro-rated daw ung leave ko from January to May so 5 months. Ask ko lang if ganito ba talaga? I already used 1.5 VL & 3 SL pero since pro-rated nga 2.08 lang ang bayad ako the difference is idededuct sa final pay ko. Is this correct po? Akala ko kasi separate ung pag pro-rate sa SL & VL like 2.08 each sya.

Used vacation leave : 1.5
Total: 4.5

Hello! So I was offered a job for this company and they requested my 2316. The thing is during the interview they asked me my current salary and I said around 25k but included na ang allowance jan. Basically, I earn minimum wage but yung difference is allowance na pero di sya reflected sa 2316. Di po ba red flag ito sa kanila? I already signed the JO and May contract na din na napirmahan. I’m anxious lang baka tanongin ako nila regarding my answer during the interview. Thank you.
