[WTS] [NYC in-person only] Sterling scrap, a massive .800 candelabra (not weighted) and sixty 40% halves. Total silver content is 70+ troy oz. Price is $3640 for everything (just under 80% of melt.)

[WTS] [NYC in-person only] Sterling scrap, a massive .800 candelabra (not weighted) and sixty 40% halves. Total silver content is 70+ troy oz. Price is $3640 for everything (just under 80% of melt.)

Proof: https://i.imgur.com/Oo6gLaX.jpeg

I am looking to sell everything together for a little under 80% of melt.

In-person sale in NYC only (no shipping, sorry.)

Cash only.

- 1040+ grams of sterling scrap, all marked, none weighted. Including: several vintage makeup compacts (no mirrors or other non-sterling weight), one engraved plate, and a bag of ~90 grams of misc jewelry. Some may be wearable and some of the compacts may be restorable, but I'm selling as scrap.

- One silver candelabra, around 100-150 years old. 1230+ grams and fully hallmarked as .800 silver (it has the Austro-Hungarian "dog head" mark). It's hollow inside, not weighted. The candelabra has some nice engravings; one of the arms looks to have been repaired in one spot.

- Sixty 40% silver Kennedy halves (avg. 11.5 grams each, ~690g total.)

- Also throwing in a small bag of 10+ grams of scrap silver, some marked as .800 and some unmarked 800-925.

Total silver content:

(1040g * .925) + (1240g * .800) + (60 * 11.5g * 0.4) = ~2230 grams (almost 72 troy ounces)

Current silver spot price (8/17/2026) is over $65/ozt

So:

70 ozt (I'm rounding down) * $65 (also rounding down) = $4550

80% of $4550 = $3640 <-- this is the price for everything.

Cash only. Happy to provide ample time for you to check anything you want prior to buying.

---

Update: I wasn't planning to split it up into smaller lots, but I have a pending offer for just the candelabra, from someone who wants to save it from getting scrapped. So I am also open to selling everything except the candelabra, all together, at the exact same rate as above. It would come out to ~$2031 for ~1246g of silver content; I'd further round down to an even $2000.

[US] Anyone interested in a 18 broken HTC G1 phones? This is the first Android phone ever sold, from 2008; definitely a historic device. $18 + shipping for everything pictured (18 phones for $18.)

I got these on eBay a few years ago. Now I'm clearing out some of my vintage electronics to free up space.

This is the first Android phone ever sold and it has a physical QWERTY keyboard (the screen slides to the right to reveal the keyboard). A fun little piece of electronics/Android history. I hope to get them to someone who likes vintage Android phones.

All have some kind of damage.

Some have small stickers with notes attached indicating whether they had a good LCD or bad LCD when tested.

Batteries are not included but easily found online.

I can throw in a Mini USB charging cable if needed.

$18 + shipping for everything pictured.

US only.

Shipping will likely be around $20.

Please leave a comment or send me a chat message if interested!

[FS] [USA ONLY] Lot of 3 Zunes: one red Zune 120GB charges/powers on, one rare custom-back Zune (disassembled; needs a new battery at least), and one badly broken/junk condition Gears of War Zune. $50 for everything pictured.

[EDIT: PENDING/CLAIMED]

As described in the title.

I believe the Red Zune 120GB has a replacement battery installed. It seems to work but I don't know how to fully test it, so selling "as is". There are some gaps between the front/back housing (it seems the clips aren't as secure as they should be) but it comes in a clear plastic case which clips around it and holds it together.

The custom back Zune had a dead battery, which was removed. It is otherwise complete. There is some dust visible under the glass. I do not know if it needs any other work. Hoping that whoever buys it may be able to repair/restore it since it is a rare one.

The "Gears of War" Zune was bought from a junk electronics listing. The charge port seems obliterated and there is a crack in the glass. Gaps in the housing suggest that it was opened before but I haven't confirmed. Assuming it's junk.

$50 for everything. Send a chat message if interested.

[USA] [S] iPhone 6 Plus on iOS 9.0.1 (got reset and won't activate on this version anymore; needs update -> activate -> downgrade) 95%+ batt health, 16GB, Unlocked [W] Venmo $25+shipping

As in the title.

iPhone 6 Plus (NOT 6S)

It's on iOS 9.0.1.

It won't activate since this iOS version cannot normally be activated anymore on A8 devices.

From reading online it seems that you can save blobs, update, activate, save tickets, then downgrade back and activate. I unfortunately don't have the time to try this process. I assume the buyer will be familiar with how to do this (and ideally has done it before). I won't be able to assist. Please do your own research first to confirm.

It is clean, sim-unlocked, and FindMy OFF.

Hoping to get it to someone who appreciates the old iOS version.

Asking only $25 + shipping (probably <=$10) which is a bit less than what a working iPhone 6 Plus on the latest supported iOS normally costs. At worst, you can always update to 12.5.8 and activate normally.

USA only.

Please comment or leave a chat message if interested. Thanks!

iPhone 6 Plus on iOS 9, won't activate: keep or update?

I have an iPhone 6 Plus on iOS 9.X.

I bought it used; the seller reset it prior to selling it, and now it won't activate (due to A8 devices not activating on iOS 9 anymore).

I probably won't end up keeping the phone, and it'll be much easier to find a buyer if it's running iOS 12.5.8 (which is outdated but at least somewhat usable) than if it's on iOS 9 which is "rare" to collectors (though not the first iOS for this model) but can't normally activate.

What would you do in this situation? Keep on iOS 9, or update to 12.5.8?

I'm curious what this marking on a silver-colored tray says, or at least hoping to narrow down what language it's in. I'm not sure which orientation is correct so I've included it both ways. It's the only visible marking.

[USA-NYC] I have 17 vintage ties from various well-known brands (Christian Dior, Gucci, Valentino, Armani, etc.) which I'm looking to sell, preferably all together. Open to reasonable offers. Open to shipping within USA, but would prioritize an in-person sale in NYC. More details in comment.

Does anyone recognize this rhombus-shaped mark? This seems to be the only marking on a silver-tone ring with a clear triangular stone. I unfortunately don't have a better photo. It doesn't look like sterling. Wondering if it might be plated, or white gold, or something else.

What might these mean? "BeH " is the mark of a Swedish silversmith, but BeH rings I found online usually include an "S925" or "18K" mark; this doesn't have either. The middle mark looks almost like an omega symbol, and the one on the right looks a but like "Plat" but not quite. It's silver-tone.
